Minnesota - Abdullah Arif, 48, of Stillwater was shot and killed last Thursday outside his tobacco shop in St. Paul. Arif’s murder is in part the result of a broken court system that has repeatedly failed to hold violent offenders accountable. Sadly, Arif’s assailant had walked out of a Ramsey County courtroom just 40 mins earlier, after appearing on a gun-related charge.
If any other entity failed at public safety the way our Minnesota courts have been failing, there would be consequences. Instead, our court system continues its record-setting pace of departing from sentencing guidelines while obsessing over perceived “racial disparities” and “over-incarceration” — all at our collective expense.

Elias-Kareem Hany-Aly charged with two counts of second-degree murder.
Since law enforcement doesn’t work, I guess the solution is to just make more laws.
“He dropped the other passengers off near Cesar Chavez, and then he took Aly home to Minneapolis.” https://bringmethenews.com/minnesota-news/charges-st-paul-man-killed-local-shopkeeper-hour-after-leaving-court
Perhaps “Cesar Chavez” will be the new “MLK Blvd,” a road to avoid if one wishes to not be robbed or killed.
As a Minnesota voter just who’s fault do you think it is?
Yes, more laws that legalize crime.
“As a Minnesota voter just who’s fault do you think it is?”
______
The Minnesota voters. If they are not actually voting for such judges and representatives, and they are being installed by ballot fraud, they need to put a stop to it.
If they ARE voting for these people, then it is their fault for doing so, and they get what they vote for.
They added foul balls to the count.
How’s that diversity working out for all you gelded Vikings?
Minnesota is becoming a Hell-Hole.
The Sheriff of Ramsey County is Bob Fletcher, and he has a youtube thing with him (and now other squads) doing a “Live on Patrol” thing. Most of it is very boring cruising around with the occasional car chase, catching a crook, etc.
Much of it is just talking with the neighbors, and talking about things related to law enforcement.
The Sheriff had recently written a letter to 4 of the 7 city council (St. Paul) about the failures of the city and the courts.
The council’s main response was that he was a racist for excluding the three people from receiving the letter that were either black or hispanic (or something).
The Sheriff in his youtube explained that two of the people on the council had only been there for a month, and didn’t have anything to do with the problems. The other person (Hispanic) was very supportive of the Sheriff and didn’t need to be made aware of the situation.
He was pretty incredulous that with all of the problems going on that the council just made up the fake issue of racism and ignored the real issues.
That same night they had just had a shooting of three teens after a funeral for another teen (13 years old?) that had been stabbed in school. (All gang related).
Yeah...for an allegedly overly carceral society, we sure have a lot of criminal scum walking around loose.
It wasn’t Prince or Kirby Puckett?
Who wants to bet the judge was a woman and a democrat?
“Despite being on probation for the two felonies and other cases above and being charged with his role in this significant drive-by shooting, the Ramsey County District Court allowed Aly to bond out of custody on June 15.”
The crook has been let out of so many charges it doesn’t matter if judges were men and women. However, charge the journolist with gutlessness for not mentioning names.
Like all laws, it depends on enforcement. If the DA keeps plea bargaining the charges down to misdemeanors, or dismisses altogether, then "three strikes" doesn't get triggered.
“As a Minnesota voter just who’s fault do you think it is?”
There’s plenty of blame to spread around.
1-Obama. He transferred section 8 people, flew and Greyhound others from Somalia into Minnesota.
2-Bleeding heart liberal educators who have infected society with irrational “White guilt” on good hearted midwesterners.
3-American Bar Association for going full on commie.
Now it’s up to the same folks to wake up from being woke.
Dodger Stadium sits in Chavez Ravine, and I've been there with Cesar, fwiw.
Because we prefer to incarcerate only people who represent a potential threat to state power.
The governments of this country are completely disfunctional.
I can’t see muslims from the ME getting along with our home grown minority......we are never going to be one big happy family and we all know why.
