Uhm...cancel culture mobs are now about protecting people??? Are bombs now about constructing buildings? Are book burnings now about stopping censorship? When did we enter backwards world?
It builds nothing, it’s just a witch hunt.
By democracy, I take it they mean two wolves and a lamb agreeing on what’s for supper.
Heck, Cancel Culture isn’t even shunning, because with shunning all you have to do is to go to a different church and the wider society is still available for working, buying, selling, etc.
It’s a little disturbing, btw, that lefties are trying to double-down on running society like a church!

True, but they probably won’t have to face multi-million dollar lawsuits if they just stick to music, or what passes for music these days.
