Where’s the Outrage as Biden Will Sign Away Our Sovereignty to Tedros Next Week?

The Pandemic Treaty was big news last year until it was "defeated." But it wasn't actually defeated and now it's about to be signed by Joe Biden. Why is nobody talking about it?

How do you con conservatives into backing off on an issue? You tell them you’re sorry and you won’t do it again. We saw it with PayPal who apologized for the “mistake” of threatening to confiscate $2500 from users for wrongthink. Conservatives saw this apology as a victory and stopped pressing the point. But the $2500 penalty still remains and nobody’s talking about it.

That’s nothing compared to the odd lack of concern from conservative and alternative media regarding the Pandemic Treaty with the World Health Organization. Last year, it was huge news from March until July when it was allegedly “defeated.” But as I’ve said since then, it was only delayed. Now, the deadline has quietly creeped up on us and Joe Biden will be signing onto it as early as February 27. Yes, next week.

Where’s the outrage? Where are conservative politicians who should be screaming about a president unilaterally signing away our sovereignty? Where are the conservative pundits and alternative media show hosts who were rightly apoplectic last year? Pandemic Treaty 2.0 is about to be signed and there’s barely a whimper coming from our best journalistic warriors.

I will not recognize this and will not comply. The UN has ZERO authority to do this. Please forward my mail to the WEF gulag/re-education camp, please.

Whatever he signs is not law.
It’s only if Congress ratifies his treaty.
If Congress ratifies it, the US is done.

Is it 60% Senate to ratify?

Everyone just focuses on the crisis of the day which is predetermined by media.

> Why is nobody talking about it? <

I’ll field that one. Most average Americans (D and R) are decent people. They want to do what’s right. I’m sure of that.

Now here’s the thing. The media is no longer neutral. They are now nothing more than far-left propagandists. And at least 60% of the country hears nothing but their propaganda.

Events are hidden. Events are camouflaged. And so at least 60% of the country wanders around in the dark. I really don’t see how that can be changed.

It still leaves the possibility that the Dems might adjourn the Senate and hold a vote with the legally required number of Senators that votes 2/3 for this treaty while everybody else is on their way home.

Senate quorum to do business is 51. A majority of Senators present is not a quorum. Fifty-one actual votes by roll call are needed.

The problem is the disappearing boundary between an ‘international agreement’ and a treaty.

Yes he is.

This is expressly forbidden by the U. S. Constitution the
way I understand it.

How many Republican Senators are RINO’s?
There is your 51, if they agree.

Where’s the Outrage? Great question. There is none.

About 18 Senators spoke out against this today, led by Rob Johnson of Ohio.

Even that article is hard to find, anywhere.

I’ve not heard of anyone else voicing concern. Nobody.

"Where’s the Outrage as Biden Will Sign Away Our Sovereignty to Tedros Next Week?"

More specifically, why aren't House majority, so-called “MAGA Republicans” screaming the following MAJOR constitutional problem with this treaty?

The Supreme Court had clarified in Reid v. Covert that federal government power to make treaties cannot be used to bypass constitutional Article V amendment process to force US citizens to comply with foreign laws, the medical edicts of WHO in this example.

"The obvious and decisive answer to this, of course, is that no agreement with a foreign nation can confer power on the Congress, or on any other branch of Government, which is free from the restraints of the Constitution." —Reid v. Covert, 1957.

So since the states have never expressly constitutionally given the post-17th Amendment ratification, unconstitutionally big federal government the specific power to dictate, regulate, tax and spend in the name of peacetime INTRAstate healthcare, not even to try to stop the spread of contagious diseases, corrupt Congress cannot use a treaty to force US citizens to comply with WHO edicts. (The misguided Roberts Court got Obamacare wrong imo.)

The following excerpts are from the writings of constitutional experts who had clarified that the federal government has no express constitutional authority to dictate intrastate healthcare policy.

Below are excerpts from Supreme Court case opinions and congressional record that don't mention quarantine, but support the constitutional reality that healthcare issues, politically correct (imo) mandating of masks argued to slow spread of contagious diseases for example, is a state power issue, not the business of the feds.

Patriots, the bottom line is this imo. What is your threshold of “pain” for peacefully stopping unconstitutionally big state and federal governments controlled by bully, constitutionally undefined political parties, from oppressing the people under their boots?

The inevitable remedy for ongoing, post-17A ratification, corrupt political party treason (imo)...

All MAGA patriots need to wake up their RINO federal and state lawmakers by making the following clear to them.

If they don’t publicly support either a resolution, or a Constitutional Convention, to effectively "secede" ALL the states from the unconstitutionally big federal government by amending the Constitution to repeal the 16th (direct taxes) and 17th (popular voting for federal senators) Amendments (16&17A), doing so before the primary elections in 2024, that YOU will primary them.

If the proposed amendment was limited strictly to repealing 16&17A, relatively little or ideally no discussion would be needed before ratification of the amendment imo.

With 16&17A out of the way, my hope is that Trump 47 becomes the FIRST president of a truly constitutionally limited power federal government.

In the meanwhile, I'm not holding my breath for significant MAGA legislation to appear in the first 100 days of new term for what may still prove to be another RINO-controlled House.

Trump will hopefully do another round of primarying RINOs for 2024 elections.

This country will be, at a minimum, socialist inside of 10 years. Who is stopping it from happening? Certainly not the pathetic GOP.

Hopefully someone in Washington has heard of the Constitution. Hopefully someone (Kevin McCarthy) will act on this. This sort of reads like the fund raising stuff that I get: "they are proposing to pack the Supreme Court! Donate $400 to help fight this unjust plan."

it is never clear how this money will turn the tide - but it is a 'must' in order to save the Republic.
