Netanyahu: Israel approaching 'quantum leap' with Saudi Arabia

Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu said Israel is making strides towards a “quantum leap” in regional relations, which he predicted would culminate in full diplomatic ties and trade with Saudi Arabia.

Speaking at an event held in Jerusalem by the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations, Netanyahu warned of the danger of Iran acquiring nuclear weapons – a danger that has brought Israel closer to former enemies across the Middle East.

“If Iran achieves its goals of reaching nuclear weapons it puts the future of Israel at risk, it puts the future of world peace at risk. There has been a growing understanding among the world leaders, and a growing understanding between the US and Israel of the dangers of Iran.”

“Israel will do what it has to do to prevent Iran from getting nuclear weapons,” Netanyahu added.

Netanyahu touted the Abraham Accords not only as a bulwark against Iran, but also as proof that Israel can secure peace with the Arab world without a final status agreement with the Palestinian Authority.

The rail beds, old trains and much track is already there from the Ottoman and Mandate period, specifically to facilitate the Haj by faithful Muslims. I've seen them while working as an extra for a short-subject film. I was an idler in a shtetl in Ukraine when the Nazis came and everyone started running. Later, the "Nazis" helped us make a minyan for Mincha.

It's extremely doable, though of course fraught with risks of terror attacks if someone comes back from the Hijaz with a holy hard-on to wreak some havoc, but that sort of thing is par for the course even now, and can be guarded against to some extent.

It makes sense for Gulf Arabs to recognize that they do have a dastardly foe in the region...and it’s not Israel. In fact it makes sense for the Arabs and Israel to see that foe as a common foe.

“Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu”

How I love hearing that again!

Soon to hear “President Trump” again! (without the obligatory “former”)

You were in Ukraine when the Nazis arrived? In 1941? You must a fairly well-seasoned fellow.

That was the short-subject film that I was an extra in, with these old trains and tracks left over from the Ottoman Haj line in the background.

Bypassing the Arabs on the East Bank and in Gaza
was a smart move by Trump.

Carter did get a peace deal with Egypt.

Trump got one with other nations. There would be twice to
three times the peace deals by now, if he had remained in
office.

Hopefully he returns.

Hopefully, that will be just the beginning. Education, military, local governments all have to be retaken, but first the border.

Yes, you’re right.

City Councils have flown under the radar.

PTA groups.

The Left has infested everything.

Corporate boards...

Bibi once said foreign governments will only make treaties with strong countries and resolved to make Israel an economic and military power. He knew the only way to make that happen was to create free markets in Israel because it would never occur if Israel was a socialist state, realizing that socialist economies only work until they run out of other people’s money. If the Arabs ran Israel it would look like Gaza.

Well, I hope that includes Biden, but I remember when Obama/Biden/Kerry actually helped Iran with their nuclear program. Of course they tell you they slowed it down, but then again, they're all fools.

“”Netanyahu knew the only way to make that happen was to create free markets in Israel””

Israel is now selling drinking water to many neighboring countries. Talk about bringing water to the desert. They use desalination of the salty Mediterranean. Fortunately, no envirowackos have protested enough to stop them.

Kalifornia democRATS refuse to use desalination and that LARGE body of water just off the coast. Today, the Kalifornia Sierra Mountain snowpack is at 250%. Kalifornia democRATS refuse to collect and save the snowmelt for the non-rainy days. Just as with electricity, democRAT-made shortages of water, electricity, etc are destroying the gift that was California. They used to call the Ukraine a breadbasket. Ukraine has very rich soil, farmland. In the 1930s the Soviets destroyed that breadbasket, and starved at least 10 million people in the Ukraine. Kalifornia democRATS already starve farms of water.

I heard that a refugee camp in Syria was being provided with potable water from Israel.

Biden and obama and Valerie Jarrett hate Israel.
They support Iran. Remember the pallets of money to Iran.

Abu Dhabi recently opened (more like allowed to be open) a purpose-built synagogue. Which isn’t just a big deal, it’s just a whisker shy of a miracle.
