Nope, I just want him to help the area as much as possible, and not do anything but focus on helping reduce the suffering and fear of the people there. You have to admit, he does have a bad habit about wanting to make everything about him, and what he wants. Or, on second thought, you may not be willing to admit that. Either way, as I said, I hope he stays focused.

The ECP braking rule would’ve applied ONLY to HIGH HAZARD FLAMMABLE TRAINS. The train that derailed in East Palestine was a MIXED FREIGHT TRAIN containing only 3 placarded Class 3 flammable liquids cars.
This means even if the rule had gone into effect, this train wouldn’t have had ECP brakes.
