Here’s the catch. To remain free of Was Crime allegations and indictments, Ukraine must not attack Russian civilian targets.
That also goes for Crimea where civilian targets must remain off limits.
There are Reuters reports of Germany and others presently compiling a comprehensive list of the Russian attacks on Ukranian civilian targets by artillery, rockets, drones and troops. Russia is losing and will be charged formally with war crimes by the leaders and reparations for all of the damages done to Ukraine civilian and military targets destroyed.
Boiled down, the oil, gas, metals and other Russian commodities will become the property or at minimum partial property of Ukraine. Boiled down further, Ukraine is going to own Russia.

All of your Russia-haters keep leaving out how the Kiev murderers killed thousands of Donbas civilians over eight years with relentless artillery shelling. Their crime? They are ethnic Russians who chose autonomy from the Kiev killers.
You also omit the Minsk agreements ignored by the West which would have avoided this slaughter. Angela Merkel, and others, recently admitted those agreements signed with Russia were just a ruse and the West never intended to honor them. They were just used to buy time for Ukraine to build up its military to fight Russia.
Russia’s military entry into Eastern Ukraine was NOT UNPROVOKED. The West was, AND STILL IS, hell-bent on using Ukraine to destroy Russia. Negotiations were never serious and Russia now has no reason whatsoever to believe a word offered to end the conflict.
Donbas was not invaded or conquered by Russia. It was LIBERATED from the vicious trash in Kiev.
Russia’s certain victory will hopefully end the farce of NATO which lost its purpose after the breakup of the Soviet Union. NATO has become an aggressor force for prolonged conflict and “regime change” instead of as an organization to provide peace in Europe.
