I think Biden was on the opposite side of Obama on just about every military/global issue. So my guess is that Biden was against giving them 1.7 billion in cash, probably because he wasn't getting a cut.

As of today, 100% agree. Though oppressed, most of us are still fairly comfortable. We have food and shelter.
