Yes, they used the expression “has all the earmarks” to leave the impression without definitively stating that it was Russian disinformation. Using vague words for the purpose of deceiving is still a lying. The 51 "intelligence" whores, as well as the WaPo fluffer, lie.

Everyone knows that the “fact checkers” were just another liberal news channel. Old wine in a new bottle.
Plenty of people here at FR predicted this would be the case before it became obvious.
Whenever anything becomes an issue in the mass consciousness, you can be certain that the left will start some sort of highly visible something to get out in front of it and use it to project their own spin.
