Is there anybody who still believes leftists are just misguided, but their heart is in the right place?
This is the direct result of their policies. “We’re not going to arrest children for crimes”. It took a very short period of time before they realized they are untouchable as far as the law is concerned. This fact has not gone unnoticed by the older thugs, who now recruit them or press them into service.

Of course he was released from custody. He’s a 10-year-old juvenile. Chances are that if he had shot her between the eyes, he’d be released. That’s how juvenile laws work. Each state’s laws are different in this regard but there is an age, below which, a kid is untouchable by the law.
