Yep, better safe than sorry. I’d planned to make the run tomorrow but I just don’t like bringing wet groceries in.
It would be nice if you could have warm AND a deluge next week. We have a few chances for rain but nothing major.

Wet groceries are the pits, and what is the chance you’d find a parking place within a mile of the store. Ugh.
I’d take a warm or cold deluge. I’m not going anywhere except Sunday morning and evening anyhow.

I never find a parking spot close to the door. LOL I don’t mind walking some distance so it’s no big deal but I don’t care for soggy grocery bags getting the car and house all wet.
I have no plans for the weekend so the weather can do what it will. I do look forward to opening the windows next week though. :-)

Hey there, Kathy.
You’re welcome.
Our cold weather is just settling in for the weekend. It gets shoved out by warmer weather next week. Aaaaaand it cools off again next weekend. LOL
It was nice pulling up the cam this afternoon and NOT seeing snow falling. It would have been even nicer to see some sunshine to boost everyone’s spirits.

I’m just shocked you can even GET paper bags at your grocery store. We haven’t seen them for years. And besides, plastic makes great poo bags in the end. LOL!
Yeah, opening up the house will be a real treat. It gets so stale during winter...and the hot summer when the AC is running full blast.

I don’t use paper bags, though a few stores here offer them. I guess soggy was the wrong word to use. Sloppy-wet is better.
And I do use the plastic bags for litter box scooping. LOL
Yes, any time it’s warm enough to open windows this time of year is appreciated. Once spring arrives and the pollen starts spewing, the windows stay shut. It’s nice to be able to breathe. LOL

Dudess, nice weather, relatively speaking. ;-)
Good night.
To: radu
I have run into a wall...the whole week of stress for different reasons, and it seems to have caught up. I have a raging headache, can’t stay awake, and feel like crap. I am medicating and dragging myself to bed, WAY to early to sleep. But I’ll try. I will try to catch up in the morning.
Rest well when you get there and stay warm.

A bit cool here, but I do sleep better all bundled up, so there is that. Nighty-night, dude.

Yep, sloppy wet does describe it...and slick-y. They do come in handy, huh. LOL!
Ugh. Don’t mention pollen. That happens too soon to suit me.

Get a good, long night’s rest. I hope it’s just from being stressed and tired that has you feeling crummy and not a cold coming on.

They come in very handy for various things. But they really slop up the car and the kitchen counter when they’re wet. So I shop when it isn’t raining. :-)
I look forward to spring, even if it does mean pollen. I can deal with it when I’m out and about but I’ll keep it out of the house as best I can. It doesn’t get all that stuffy and stale in here.
