Gen. Glen VanHerck, head of NORAD, takes questions on Chinese spy balloon. Was asked about previous balloons administration says crossed US in Trump years. Has very little to say. Then asked: If you didn't know about them then, how do you know now?

The answer is that a confidential CIA Asset in Beijing told his CIA handlers “you know, we did the same thing a bunch of other times, and you didn’t even notice...”

Didn’t Mark “Tranny White Rage” Milley already publicly admit that he told the head of the Chinese Army he was willing to commit treason against Trump?

He’s been Milley’d. Remember when we believed that our generals had balls. I actually know a couple of female generals who had more cojones than that fat ass. (And this is most definitely NOT meant as an insult to her.)

If you weren’t aware of them then, how are you aware of them now?
“I’m not aware of that detail.”
Just making stuff up. Saying what the boss tells him to say.

At what point in their careers do they go to weasel word school?
To: conservative98
This is simple for anyone who ever was a part of the IC. The IC had a source that told them about previous balloon flights over the US. The Biden admin has just burned that source.

How was a two hundred foot high balloon able to navigate, to change course and altitude?

It’s obvious they’re just making this up as they go along. Coming up with lies to support other lies. That so many in government will lie to somehow make old Joe look good is sad and disgusting.

The Chicoms have found a serious chink in our defense radar systems. While the ground-based and space-based radars see everything in the sky, NO-RAD pays attention to fast-moving targets such as missiles and jet aircraft which they display on the monitors in the Cheyenne Mountain Complex. Years ago the geniuses at NORAD decided all slow-moving objects such as light propeller driven private aircraft were “noise” and installed filters so those bogies would not be displayed on their screens. Balloons that take days to “fly” across the USA are inherently slow-movers. Here is a rule of radar: If you do not look for it, you will not find it.

If the reports of previous transits are true, it is possible, even likely, that the information came from monitoring foreign communications or from "human sources", i.e., spies. In either case, divulging knowledge of this information compromises sources and methods. Disclosing it for political advantage is reprehensible, if that is what happened.

How was a two hundred foot high balloon able to navigate, to change course and altitude? A motor, propeller and a rudder.
