It’s really about busting up neighborhoods.
Take a wealthy subdivision, plant low income housing in the middle of it, fill those low income houses with ‘undesirables’ and the wealthy people will move out, even selling their properties at a loss, just to get out.
The land speculators buy up those properties at a steep discount and resell to developers that then build more low income housing with subsidies from the government.
The developers then donate more money to the Democrats and the cycle starts all over again...............
