Good luck with that Fudge-brain. (Hey, where’d she come from? How’d they manage to keep her out of the spotlight for so long??? Has she considered how well her idea would go over withthe supposed beneficiaries of it, namely Blacks (or other “minorities”??

Yes. these plans to “port” “low income” families to the ‘burbs started under Clinton when Andrew Cuomo led HUD. It didn’t work out very well then and it won’t work now.

It is also about breaking up heavy republican voting counties.
Bring in reliable dim voters to dilute the process. The dims have the cities, now they want the suburbs and the outlying areas that vote majority Republican.
