According to court records, John Michael Musbach, 31, of New Jersey, paid $20,000 to a fraudulent murder-for-hire site on the darknet to have a child he had sexually exploited killed.
According to the criminal complaint, in the summer of 2015, Musbach exchanged sexually explicit photographs and videos with a 13-year-old victim via an Internet Relay Chat (IRC) website. The victim's parents found out and contacted the police.
The police arrested Musbach on March 31, 2016. On October 11, 2017, Musbach pleaded guilty to endangering the welfare of a child by sexual contact. He was sentenced on February 9, 2018, to a two-year suspended sentence with parole supervision for life.
In 2019, an informant contacted HSI agents and provided private messages exchanged between the admin of a darknet murder-for-hire site and an individual using the moniker "agentisai".

Yes, but WHAT is it?
Is it simply webistes that aren’t corporate controlled? or is it some secret chat forum or something?
I’ve heard the term used countless times but I have no clue what it really refers to
as far as I’m concerned, Craigslist is the dark-web!
The ratio of LEOs/government agents to criminals is probably similar to a white power meeting in Sandpoint ID…
My reality is fractured…
It’s ok...they have a vaccine for that nowadays! /sarc /ducking
LOL. There are plenty of drugs, street and legal, for such an issue.
Concerned about the director of your country?
Get piss drunk and watch blacks run and jump with balls…
Think your child is being brainwashed at school?
Take pill “A” in the morning and pill “B” in the evening…
Think eggs and gas cost a lot?
Smoke this…
You wouldnt understand unless youre a techy but look at it like TV used to be. The WWW is on VHF, the Dark Web is in UHF.
Yes, and look how fast and efficiently Government agents identified and seized the US Citizens who protested peacefully on January 6, indicted them, and shipped them off to the gulag!
The Federal Government and its agents can be remarkably efficient--and remarkably inefficient--as suits the purposes of corrupt politicians.
BTW, they still haven't identified the "leaker" of the Supreme Court's deliberations about Roe v Wade, have they?
“That Dark Web does not seem like a very good place to hire a hitman, eh?”
It goes along with that adage, “if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.” That goes double for a website to hire hit men.
The dark web is an unregulated series of sites accesses though a browser called TOR (The Onion Router).
SInce it is unregulated, it’s best (So I’m told) to use an old computer that is wiped of all personal data to access. The dark web is full of viruses, malware and spying code that you do NOT want on your daily use computer.
The dark web is also where many legitimate financial transaction take place. 75% of all web traffic is on the dark web.
I had to do some investigation of dark web content as part of a child porn investigation when I was a JAG. Made me literally sick to my stomach. Felt liked I needed a shower.
I'm old, so I grew up hearing about the nebulous "underworld." And now it has computers ...
You don’t need a vpn (though that is advisable), you just need the Tor browser.
What Is the Dark Web and How to Access It?
I wonder if this is how Antifa communicates, because there is definitely an organizational structure to this subversive group.
He’ll be popular in prison.
I tried bringing that website up, no dice. Might be a dark web thing, I will never go there.
“BTW, they still haven’t identified the “leaker” of the Supreme Court’s deliberations about Roe v Wade, have they?”
No they haven’t! And no doubt they know.
The US Federal Government and its agencies are appallingly corrupt, rotten to the core. All honest people recoil in disgust.
