Currently Canada’s defense ministry states know as NORAD it is actively tracking second a high-altitude surveillance balloon was that was just detected this is developing

Canadian national defense forces are monitoring the Chinese spy balloon detected over Montana and a "potential second incident..."
The Canadian government has publicly affirmed their country's surveillance of the issue as well.
"A high-altitude surveillance balloon was detected and its movements are being actively tracked by NORAD," read a statement from the Canadian Department of National Defence. "Canadians are safe and Canada is taking steps to ensure the security of its airspace, including the monitoring of a potential second incident."
Why the heck are we allowing China to send spy crafts over our country? And how many more will they send?

“Space” is generally considered to start at about 60 miles above earth. Russia, USA, China, etc... have de facto agreed that surviellance objects at that height and higher are simply part of the spy game.
This balloon seems to be just below that level
it seems China is watching for a reaction.
Never forget how the Japanese used balloons to attack our homeland in WW2.
