Joe’s deputy counsel Katherine Oyama ... recommended the inclusion of language about ‘the University’s duty to comply with … classified information procedures’. What procedures are we talking about? Clearances? Need to know? Very secure storage? How could the University manage any of that? This doesn't seem like something that can be made "okay" with the inclusion of a bit of language. It's a breach.

It’s reached a point now of who hasn’t had access to “Sensitive” Biden Documents.
