A trio of left-wing organizations is suing Washington Secretary of State Steve Hobbs, King County Elections Director Julie Wise, and two members of the King County canvassing board. The result of their lawsuit would make election theft virtually effortless, particularly for illegal immigrants or those taking advantage of the homeless.
Before the Thanksgiving holiday, Vet Voice Foundation, Washington Bus, and El Centro de la Raza quietly filed a lawsuit challenging signature verifications on ballots. They are represented by the Perkins Coie firm, counsel to the Democratic National Committee. Three King County voters also joined the lawsuit as plaintiffs.
Signature verification, mandated by Washington law, is the only mechanism an election office has to ensure that the ballot submitted was completed by the registered voter. But plaintiffs argue that the process is arbitrary, prone to errors, and disenfranchises young voters and minority groups.
Notice who is the legal team---They are represented by the Perkins Coie firm, counsel to the Democratic National Committee.
We need to keep Voter Fraud a major topic on FR.
get rid of vote by mail
problem solved
WA state’s elections are so deepest corrupted already. They never stop.
I agree that signature verification may be prone to errors. How about we have the voters show up in person and show id on election day?
Amazingly, some people still think that vote fraud is isolated. That it only happens in “swing states”. Vote fraud happens everywhere. It’s widespread and institutionalized.
“””How about we have the voters show up in person and show id on election day?”””
I fully agree. However, we now have Republic-RAT leaders advocating that GOP voters use mail-in voting across the USA in 2024.
As long as the young voters keep their eyes glued to TikTok and get their news from the Lame Street Media the Demoncrats ... I mean Democrats will continue to steal elections until they manage to make the US a totalitarian state and they they will learn the hard way how much freedom they have lost.
How can you verify THAT?
I agree that signature verification may be prone to errors.

I am for verifying absentee ballots by requiring the absentee voter to write their drivers license (or state ID) number on the inner envelope. There would be no confusion about a signature, which can vary naturally. Primarily, there could only be one vote per DL/State ID number.
In deep blue Washington State this is a Democrat law firm suing Democrat election officials on behalf of Democrat citizens. It will be argued in front of a Democrat Judge. It is a big show where everyone wants the same result... elections that are more easily corrupted.
see what happens when Cursive is not taught any more?
As a side note to this thread, please consider the following.
Are patriots in Washington State aware that Section 2 of the 14th Amendment is a penalty for states where ballot box fraud has occurred, the corrupt feds seemingly not doing their duty to enforce that section?
Excerpted from 14A:
"Section 2: Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such State." [Apportionment of Representatives]".
"Section 5: The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article."
Given Section 2's catch-all "or in any way abridged" wording, the feds are basically obligated to investigate any reasonable allegation of vote-counting fraud imo.
Also regarding that section, consider that the post-Civil War congressional Republicans who drafted Section 2 made it to discourage southern Democrats (my word) from rigging the ballot boxes that Democrats are now alleged to have done for 2020, and now 2022 elections!
"Because slavery (except as punishment for crime) had been abolished by the Thirteenth Amendment, the freed slaves would henceforth be given full weight for purposes of apportionment. This situation was a concern to the Republican leadership of Congress, who worried that it would increase the political power of the former slave states, even as such states continued to deny freed slaves the right to vote." —Apportionment of Representatives
The bottom line is this imo. ALL the states desperately need to put a "permanent" stop to unconstitutional federal taxes, and likewise unconstitutional interference in the affairs of the sovereign states, by effectively "seceding" from the unconstitutionally big federal government.
The states will "secede" from the corrupt feds by repealing the 16th (direct taxes) and 17th (popular voting for federal senators) Amendments (16&17A).
If the proposed amendment was limited strictly to repealing 16&17A, relatively little or ideally no discussion would be needed before ratification of the amendment imo.
No election day, no signature, no ID, no proof of citizenship, no residency, no permanent address, no border, no age requirement ...
“El Centro de la Raza”
Now why would a Mexican backed racial supremacy organization want unverified signature requirements on ballots in a state flooded with illegal aliens and automatic “Motor Voter” registration when illegal aliens can get drivers’ licenses?
