Steve Bannon told his War Room audience that US Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) is working on being named the running mate- as Vice President- on a Presidential ticket with Donald J. Trump in his 2024 bid to retake the Oval Office.
“This is no shrinking violet, she’s ambitious — she’s not shy about that, nor should she be. … She sees herself on the short list for Trump’s VP,” Bannon told NBC News.

Love MTG but she is in no way ready to be a heartbeat away from the presidency.
Aside from her known personal weaknesses, MTG might not bring a single vote to Trump. Every MTG voter is probably already a Trump voter. The obvious ticket, Trump/DeSantis, might have a chance to win. The fantasy ticket, Trump/Sinema, might even be fraud proof. The Rats would commit suicide in droves.
But I do not believe that Trump will be the GOP nominee in 2024. Who will DeSantis running mate be? Not MTG, that’s for sure. Maybe Kristi Noem?
One of the two would have to change their state of residence. I don’t see her as major league; not even the low minors.

I understand. However I think this election cycle is going to be a contentious one and it will not be clear who the leader will be quite as soon as in the past. Remember , Trump lost Iowa last time in the primaries. If he loses there again and the next set of primaries then we have a problem.

Nothing against either of them individually, but that seems like a dumb pairing.
I like Elise Stefanik but he may be locked into Lake at this point after talking about something much bigger than governor, even if she does win (most likely).

We saw how “someone like Pence” didn’t work out for Trump in his 4 years, so no I don’t agree with your assessment AT ALL!!!
