Yeah, those are missiles and without the Command Launch Unit, they are pretty much useless.
It’s just like those TOW missiles the Iranians wanted as part of Iran-Contra. They wanted the missiles, so we gave them exactly what they wanted.
They never got the tripods, launch tubes, traverse units, missile guidance sets, or the battery assemblies that are required to make the missiles work.

Oh, puhleeeze. 50,000 vehicles including Humvees, Bradley Fighting Vehicles, APCs, Abrahms Tanks, Helicopters, Drones and damn near everything else in our inventory. And only a very, very small percentage (maybe 5% - 10%) could be considered damaged.

Mostly they used TOWS from AH-1 Cobras.
They made good use of those in the Iran-Iraq war.
No M1 Abrams or Bradleys.
