New peak pricing at electric car chargepoints can leave consumers worse off than if they stuck to traditional petrol-engined vehicles, according to new analysis from the AA.

We have a bank of Teslachargers at our local Meijer store. Typically there’s a couple of them charging. Yesterday none.
Thank God I’ll be gone by then. I hopahopahopa.
We jusy got a notice our electric is going up, with a lame excuse as to why... the state must be prepping for the changeover to electric everything in the not too distant future. I expect it will steadily increase over the coming months with more lame excuses as to why.
Car insurance just went up too with the excuse that “there are less garages after the pandemic, so more people are having to take their cars in for repairs to higher priced garages after accidents, “therefore we regret to inform you that we have had to raise out prices” (not verbatim, but close enough)
Just another way th3 shutdowns and failures to thrive resulting in closures affected small businesses during the totalitarian covid shutdowns
Once again the tired, discredited premise to blame it on Ukraine, not Joe.
Plus the 10-15K every other year for a new battery. It was never meant to be cost efficient, but was designed to be able to control folks who want freedom of movement. Therefore, it design is working perfectly.
I thinkl the goal is for everyone to buy their fuel directly from the government.
Which will require that most people move to densely packed, democrat controlled large cities, where they will require government provided services for every aspect of life.
A side benefit is that rich liberals can then drive wherever they want without waiting in traffic.
