Don’t expect boasts of “We’re No. 1” from the White House or Wilmington, but that doesn’t diminish the singular, ah, achievement. Both Bidens have earned their brushes with infamy.
Courtesy of Fox News, here’s a headline for the ages: “Biden, Hunter make presidential history as first father-son duo under separate investigations.”
The president paid his dues with his serially reckless handling of classified information, with the added bonus that the gentle probe of him inadvertently draws a comparison to how roughly Donald Trump is being treated by the same Department of Justice. When it came to the supposedly secret documents Biden had scattered around like so much birdseed, the feds couldn’t even be bothered to search for more, leaving the job to his lawyers for over a month.
It’s a sweet deal if you can get it.
No sudden SWAT team raid for Biden, no pictures of documents scattered on the floor, no Deep State agents whispering suggestions to reporters about the potential sale of America’s secrets to enemy states. Even the fact that the first documents were found on Nov. 2 was kept secret through the midterm election and for two months after.
The official party line remains that Good ol’ Uncle Joe just made a mistake. He meant no harm, and the FBI investigation will prove it!
A similar favoritism is playing out in slow motion in the ostensible tax and lobbying probe of Hunter, now in its fifth year. Instead of charging or not charging the president’s son, Attorney General Merrick Garland is proving he’s a bitter political hack by trying to bury the case deeper than Jimmy Hoffa.
Yet beyond the history noted by Fox, its headline also spotlights unfinished business when it cites the “separate” Biden investigations.

A lot of Joe’s official papers are under lock and key at the Univ of Delaware. So far the school has rebuffed attempts at getting at the documents via FOIA.
But now it’s hard to see how the DOJ will not want to take a look. Wonder how the school will respond.

Seems to me it’s the chosen way to force Joe out while diverting attention from the real issue - Biden family corruption and crimes. Once they get him to step down, they’ll say all that is irrelevant and keep everything covered-up.

Just a month ago, Chris Wray refused to answer a simple and innocuous question.
He was asked when testifying to Congress, did the published Senate Report on Hunter have any Russian Disinformation in it?
He refused to answer. Everyone knows the answer - the Russian Disinformation claims were strategically fabricated to get Joe into office. He only had to say, No, but he wanted to deny that clip being used on the News that night. Anything he can do for Joe.
He has protected Joe by protecting Hunter since 2018.
Then, Wray’s special assistant is made Special Counsel only after the election and when news was leaked of Joe’s stash at the China / Biden / Penn Center.
It’s completely fake, and when Biden says (just as Hillary did) to close the Fake Investigation, they close it saying there were No Crimes.
One has to ignore every facet of the FBi / DoJ over the last eight years (Lois Lerner, anyone?) to believe there’s a small chance they are pursuing the Law.

They raid a house and business for Joe’s daughter’s diary, but No raid of Hillary or Joe to recover Classified Documents regarding National Security.

What do their internals say about Trump vs. Harris and Trump vs. Newsom? That will determine if the media will push Biden aside or if they will continue to cover for him. That’s what this is all about.

The school can’t tell law enforcement to go away. They will be strung up on multiple federal charges.
Basically, the university is waiting for a Judge’s order, and DoJ doesn’t seem to be hurrying toward that. Stall-time?
I would suggest this...if you reach a point where a dozen 1990s classified documents exist (taken in his senate days), then it opens up a whole new view of what he was doing in that period. Also begs a question of Beau (the other son) and prior to his death....was he mixed up in all this secret stuff?
It is almost comical to watch the feds slice and dice, arbitrarily assigning implied intent and severity to each page of classified documents uncovered in each location.
They will NOT prosecute The Biden Crime Family.......UNLESS Obama WANTS them to!
