Harry and Meghan, the Prince and Duchess of Exhibitionism, might be making money and selling books, but the cost to their popularity and legacy has been devastating.
In Harry and Meghan’s historic quest to prove they are two of history’s most narcissistic, whiny, selfish, disloyal, back-stabbing crybullies the planet has ever produced, we have been subjected to a six-hour — six hours, y’all — Netflix doc, an Oprah interview, countless other interviews, and a book that has so far sold about more than three million copies.
Please pay attention to what I write next because this is the most important point: we are not only talking about billions of dollars in national media exposure but all of that exposure has either been controlled by Harry and Meghan — book, Netflix doc, etc. — or controlled by their pals like Oprah and Stephen Colbert.
In other words, for more than a year, these two miscreants have enjoyed an astonishing amount of free and earned publicity, all of it firmly on their side. Nevertheless, their popularity numbers are still in freefall.
That’s how awful these two are.

The media and Hollywood elites will never upset their chance to be invited to a royal fete — especially in trade over the likes of Harold and Meghan.
They will continue to be more estranged as time goes on, certainly as the buzz of this book tour wears off. These two have had their grift. They’ve made the money that there is to make. Now they will — over time — get the privacy they whined that they wanted, and it will kill them. Meghan will blame Harold. Harold will blame Meghan. They will split, but the damage for Harold has been done. He can never go back. Too many bridges have been burnt.
They see this current attention as popularity. But they are too vapid to understand that Americans aren’t drawn to their popularity...
Americans love to slow down to see a car wreck...
Time to write another tell-all book!................Or maybe get a talk show!............

I’m not sure it will ever be too late for Harry to go back. No parent really chooses to remain estranged from his child forever, and no man from his brother. And the British public might be incensed now, but they tend to be very forgiving when people mend their ways.
But he won’t go back on HIS terms, or until he ditches the vicious female he hooked up with.
I really feel for their two kids. They didn’t ask for any of this, but it will follow them all of their lives.

They were actually very popular - Harry on his own, and then Meghan for a while. The British people welcomed her very warmly, and his family did their best to help her adjust.
But you can’t “make a silk purse from a sow’s ear”, and that goes for both of them.
