President Biden would easily beat former President Donald Trump in a hypothetical 2024 election matchup — but would lose if he faced off against Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, according to a recent poll.
In a rematch of the 2020 presidential contest, the 80-year-old Biden would prevail over his 76-year-old predecessor by eight percentage points in the popular vote — 49% to 41% — but would fall to the Sunshine State’s Republican governor by 45% to 42% in a head-to-head contest, the WPA Intelligence survey released Jan. 13 found.
Trump announced Nov. 15 that he would mount a third consecutive run for the White House, while Biden is expected to seek re-election, but has yet to make a formal announcement.
DeSantis, fresh off a landslide re-election victory on Nov. 8, has not said whether he will enter the 2024 race — but most observers expect him to get in later this year.

Doesn’t matter this far out from the election and Ron hasn’t even said anything to make national news for his platform. Biden probably won’t run again anyways at this point so the polling is even more meaningless . That being said the odds will always be in the Dems favor as long as they have covid voting. The lazy vote will always go toward the dem.

My friends DeSantis could appeal more to the young/woke types. The bottom line is the swing states. You know-the electoral votes. We need to harvest ballots and not succumb to the ‘cheating’ party. I just don’t think we’re up to it. 2 years is not enough to learn our lesson. We’ve already had 2.

His life story is the promotion of capitalism and sex things like Page 3 of “The Sun” in the UK and “Breast and Leg” Era at Fox News.
Biden is in the Oval Office and Trump isn’t and there isn’t any sign this will be reversed before the next election or that the history books/popular narrative or the minds of the majority of ordinary people will be revised to legitimize Trump anytime in the foreseeable future on this topic. As far as the 2020 election is concerned Biden has won in pretty much all the ways that matter.
