Hunter Biden’s monthly rent of $49,910 matches a rental deposit at the House of Sweden related to the Biden family business venture with the infamous CEFC China Energy Co. Hunter’s $49,910 deposit also matches the amount of money he logged on a 2018 background check document unearthed by the New York Post’s Miranda Devine.
In an email on October 13, 2017, Cecilia Browning, the general manager of House of Sweden, an office complex in Washington, DC, emailed Hunter about a lease that Hunter and his Chinese business partners were trying to terminate, according to emails unearthed from Hunter’s “Laptop from Hell.”
Browning notes the amount of the deposit was $49,910 for the office space and that it would be returned to Hunter upon signing a lease termination document.
“If you are willing to terminate the lease of #507 – the owners are willing to let you out of the lease as of December 31, 2017,” Browning emailed Hunter. “Please note that there is a security deposit paid by you of $49,910 which will be returned within 15 days after the termination of the lease (after inspection of normal wear and tear).”
Hunter had apparently requested the termination of the lease after his deal with CEFC China Energy fell apart. The Biden family had previously negotiated a deal with CEFC whereby President Joe Biden (Big Guy) would receive a ten percent equity stake in the joint venture, whistleblower Tony Bobulinski stated.
.... Snip....
Hunter’s $49,910 deposit matches the amount of money he logged on a 2018 background check document unearthed by the Post’s Miranda Devine. Hunter claimed on the form he paid $49,910 in monthly rent from March 2017 to February 2018. The document was signed in July 2018.

Do we care? Did Buckey go to Georgetown?
You don’t care about a conflict of interest?
Nah- those large round numbers will draw attention.
Exactly - just .... weird
If only it was a Venmo transaction!
Exactly. Just like any minute more now the FBI will release the truth about Hunter’s laptop and Seth Rich’s murder.
Can you say coincidence? I knew you could.
Most likely, this “rent” went to a real estate company setup by the Biden’s or it would need to be reported on Joe’s income taxes.
What? Any background on this?
The entire Biden family are a criminal enterprise, but since they are Dems they KNOW they will always get away with it..they always have and always will. Tara Reade told Tucker when Biden smirks its because he knows he did something wrong but does not give a damn, he knows he’s teflon
$50,000 triggers attention.
I think that’s well in the past. Tucker was whacking Hunter for something he didn’t do in this case. Guess you’ve never had a friend who turned out to be a rat bastard later and you regretted having known.
You gotta pay extra for classified document storage.

The investigation into Hunter Biden’s financial dealings is ramping up, with potentially condemning new evidence discovered that ties President Biden’s son to a Chinese energy conglomerate named CEFC China Energy.
In a review published by The Washington Post today they detail that over the course of 14-months CEFC China Energy paid $4.8 million “to entities controlled by Hunter Biden and his uncle.” Evidence to this fact was landed upon with the use of government records, court documents, newly available bank statements and emails pulled from a copy of a hard drive from a laptop believed to have once belonged to Hunter Biden, according to The Washington Post.

Although the new evidence does not indicate that President Biden was personally involved in these CEFC dealings, or that he benefitted from them in any way, there is evidence that Hunter Biden leveraged his father’s influence, and contacts President Biden has made over the years, for his own financial gain.

Among the newly discovered materials is a $1 million legal retainer signed by Hunter Biden for the representation of a CEFC official named Patrick Ho “who would later be charged in the United States in connection with a multimillion-dollar scheme to bribe leaders from Chad and Uganda,” according to The Washington Post.
Hunter Biden has been under federal tax investigation since 2018, specifically in relation to income obtained from business deals with China, but nothing solid has come from it until around 2020.
Along with the large sum of money received from CEFC, evidence has revealed that Hunter Biden was also gifted a 2.8-carat diamond from Chinese energy tycoon Ye Jianming. The diamond, which Hunter claimed was only worth around $10,000, but is actually valued at more along the lines of $80K, was brought up in the divorce proceedings between Hunter and ex-wife Kathleen Buhle, according to The New Yorker.

The diamond was reportedly given to Hunter in 2017 when Hunter met with Jianming in Miami hoping to get his donation to the World Food Program USA nonprofit that Hunter was a board member of. During a dinner that took place on that trip, Hunter offered to use his contacts to nail down investment opportunities for CEFC China Energy and Jianming was so pleased with this, according to The New Yorker, he sent the diamond to Hunter’s hotel room as a gift of appreciation.
“I knew it wasn’t a good idea to take it. I just felt like it was weird,” Hunter said to The New Yorker, claiming to have handed it off to an associate.

In fairness to Tucker, the documents about ownership and rent(s) are muddled.
Perhaps the real point is the discrepancies on financial applications and documents. If you or I misstated our income, property, or other assets on a financial form we would likely be prosecuted for bank fraud. If we transmitted those documents over the internet or phone lines we would possibly be prosecuted for wire fraud.
You have to be very careful and precise on any application or document pertaining to loans or other items of value. I think this might be the unspoken point that Tucker wanted to make?
I thought there was a document that claimed Hunter owned the home. Biden claimed the home as his primary residence on his tax returns. That is a problem. There is another document that claims Hunter was “leasing” the house from his father for almost 50k a month. The highest rent property in Wilmington is less than 6k a month. That is strange.
If this is correct (full disclosure - I have not closely examined the documents that have been released) then it would be reasonable to assume that either Hunter falsified financial documents or that Biden falsified his tax returns because he did not claim the rental income.
I welcome any counter-argument or correction. Tell me where I am wrong.
The Delaware US Attorney is investigating Hunter for not declaring foreign income and possibly FARA. Rumors are that they are going to propose some kind of plea deal for tax evasion and a slap on the wrist with fines.
If I am correct above, isn’t what Tucker talked about a completely separate crime?
if it’s a security deposit for office space it’s based on amount of SF and price per foot.

“Hunter! I can’t thank you enough for writing that letter to Georgetown on Buckley’s behalf,” Carlson wrote in the email from November 2014.
“So nice of you. I know it’ll help. Hope you’re great and we can all get dinner soon. Tucker,” the email continued.
You need to take in the account of what the Zillow estimate would been at the time of when Hunter filled out the form.
So, that email was in 2014... years before anything of importance about Hunter came out.
