Biden uses his lawyers to find his classified docs — to shield from the FBI

But why was a legal team sent in six years after Biden took the documents on leaving as vice president?

Reposting from yesterday:

Possibly because in 2017 nobody knew the implications of some of the contents of documents except the Bidens?

In 2017, Biden could have taken the documents to hide them, leaving behind only document control IDs and some headline descriptions of the documents. The detailed contents would be contained on the documents themselves, which Biden now had.

Fast forward to 2020 and the Hunter laptop, and we suddenly learn about the Bidens' Ukraine and China pay-to-play schemes. A second look at the documents taken in 2017 might be read in a different light today given what we now know, if those documents were available.

The Ukraine documents might have been about Burisma and Biden's involvement in getting the Ukraine General Prosecutor who was investigating Burisma fired.

The reported United Kingdom intelligence documents might have been about the Steele Dossier and potential White House involvement (perhaps what they knew about the Clinton's involvement).

The Iran documents might have been about the Obama Iran Deal, with all of their secret "side deals" and pallets of cash.

Hindsight is 20/20, but the Bidens knew the implications of those documents in 2017.

Biden sent in his personal lawyers (not even the White House lawyers) because they are evidence of his personal involvement in crimes?

Turley swallowed the red pill during Obambi, and he’s since been on an IV. Good for him. Honest man.

If you look up his wiki page, there’s not a single award listed from after 2008, lol.

They’re all playing fast and loose with classified documents.

You and I would be buried under the jail if we pulled a stunt like this.

Those classified docs in Biden`s garage are OBAMA adminstration documents. Raid Obama`s houses, his garages and Moose`s closets.

TS clearances come through the State Department.

Not difficult to check.

In my few months of contract development work many years ago the "classification" label got applied very liberally on just about everything.

Can't be sure, but if the white house is anything like the office I had worked at in this regard, the vast bulk of "classified" documents are not really very sensitive. This may have just been a non-story had Biden's FBI not raided Trump's home.

Newsom does have the Klaus Schwab seal of approval after all.

I have no doubt about that.

Biden, FBI, all garbage. Same scum. Kabuki theater. If you have an FBI neighbor, make sure you pay respects at its funeral.

“That itself could be viewed as gross mishandling of classified information.”

Mentioned this before. Sending the lawyers to knowingly look through classified documents is itself a crime. But we will never see an indictment.

more likely a complete ruse being setup for some yet unknown purpose.

These people are slicker than a seal with silicone. They know exactly what they are doing, nefarious and deceptive, self preservation on display. Someone is orchestrating a well conceived plan to remove sloppy joe if he deviates off the new world order course.

I haven’t been paying enough attention to this train wreck, but does his private counsel have a TSSI or TS/SA clearance? If they don’t, how are they allowed to look for anything at this point?

There should be teams of folks from the FBI, with the appropriate clearances, doing all the work.

IMHO, this is all being done to deflect from the Mar A Lago raid.

They have nothing on president Trump, but they can’t let him walk.

So, create a diversion/crisis, treat it like off-setting penalties, until the next crisis.

These lawyers do not have proper security clearances to even read the documents they “find”!

Jong Wong: I wann..a see the documents in the closet

Penn Center: Joe’s lawyers have the documents now...

Jong Wong: I left my cell phone in the closet last time... can I go see closet. Maybe documents still there.

Penn Center: No, documents are gone now.

Jong Wong: You Penn and Teller make documents go? Like magic?

Penn Center: Yes, documents gone like magic bird fly away.

Jong Wong: I know documents have stains of Bird Drop Soup because I eat there before... Make notes with sticky fingers and chop sticks. Then I left my cell phone there after taking pictures.

Penn Center: What? You were leafing through the documents! They are TOP SECRET!

Jong Wong: Yeah, that’s OK... We give money to the place. Got to get something back...

Wouldn’t classified and classified TOP SECRET require a chain-of-custody?

How else would the appropriate governing agency know documents had not been seen by persons without the appropriate security clearance?

Why would a VP need to remove such materials from his official office?

Like most things associated with government, there are more questions than answers.
