Using lawyers gives them the option of declaring attorney/client privilege in subsequent legal proceedings.
And even if they had clearances (they didn’t), there is another requirement guiding access to classified documents; the recipient has to have a “need to know”, i.e., does he have a need to read or access the documents due to his job, operation, or other purpose.
If I have a SECRET clearance, that does not give me the right to access every SECRET document.
Evidently, that is not the case.

I would bet that the list of USA lawyers with secret Classification Clearances is a VERY SHORT LIST

They were there to protect biden, attorney client privilege, they were personal lawyers. This indicates "INTENT" to cover up. It's a red flag and makes this matter MORE criminal.
