The discovery of a fourth set of classified documents, at the Biden residence in Delaware, has further undermined the White House’s virtual mantra that the president “takes classified documents very seriously.”
Putting aside the repeated movement of highly classified documents over six years, one curious element has emerged in this scandal: the use of private counsel.
Not only did President Joe Biden enlist lawyers to clear out his private Washington office; he then used them — rather than security officers or the FBI — to search for additional classified documents.
The initial use of lawyers is notable. While it seems a fairly pricey moving crew, Biden could argue a trove of documents might require a judgment on where they should be sent and whether they belong to Biden, the Penn Biden Center or the government.
But why was a legal team sent in six years after Biden took the documents on leaving as vice president? Were the lawyers specifically selected because they had clearances, an acknowledgment there might be classified material unlawfully housed in the office?
After the fourth batch of documents was discovered this week (the third found in Delaware), Richard Sauber, referred to as the “special counsel to the president,” stressed that he has a clearance. Sauber admits the lawyers who found the first batch at the residence didn’t have clearances but says he found the later documents.
It remains unclear which lawyers were involved in which discoveries, whether they had clearances and (if so) at what level. In fact, it seems to suggest Biden continued to use uncleared lawyers after his team found highly classified documents Nov. 2 in the Penn Biden office closet in Washington.
That itself could be viewed as gross mishandling of classified information.

obviously Biden has classified papers scattered everywhere him or his demon spawn have ever visited. I think the FBI needs to raid all of them and shift through everything including he pedo sons crack collection.
I am so cynical of government, that I think Biden will skate. Or maybe, his own people will remove him, but I doubt it will be, because of criminal behavior.
Until Biden, and those lawyers, are raided in the same fashion that Trump and his lawyers Giuliani and Cohen were raided, then it remains an unequal application of justice, and more likely a complete ruse being setup for some yet unknown purpose.
And that will happen when?

Get the testimony under oath as to where and when and who found the documents, then seize their phones and determine where they were at the time the documents were “found”. My guess is th guy with the clearance was nowhere near the documents as they were found.
I’m not sure it’s completely relevant, but to properly access the documents, you do need a Clearance and you also have to have a Need To Know.
If you don’t know what the documents are, or even if there are any classified documents at the location you are searching, then arguing for a Need To Know seems tough. Of course, as Joe’s lawyer perhaps the Need To Know is inherent. Still, having the lawyer say “I have a clearance” strikes me as half the story.

As was the case with Hillary, Team Biden decides what they will allow the FBI to see. They will destroy anything that is too incriminating.

This will be a huge coverup and Bidens handlers are working overtime to lie about who what and when. They knew about this for months and waited until after the new Congress elected Speaker to come out with the news. There is a reason for that.
Look how that worked out for OJ Simpson and his friend Robert Kardashian. Kardashian was the person that OJ allegedly gave a bag of dirty clothes to be disposed of. Once the "Dream Team" hired Kardashian (a family law lawyer), all of that became privileged information.

So Corrupt Slow Joe illegally kept classified documents, while he conspired with foreign agents and governments to rig the 2020 and 2022 elections where ever possible. Now he gets to hide those documents using Executive Privilege. This is more reason for the 2020 election to be decertified.
I ca smell the stench all the way here in California.
Best guess is he will serve out his term and will be told there is no way he can win the nomination because of this.
Then Gavin Newsom will be coronated perhaps with Kamala as VP so they don’t have to kick a “person of color” to the curbside.
Newsom does have the Klaus Schwab seal of approval after all.

1. Why did Hunter pay $50,000 less a few bucks? What is so magical about $599,000 verses $600,000 per year rent?
2. Did the Big Guy declare the rental income on his taxes?
3. Family rentals are a hard thing to consummate properly. Can’t rent for too little as compared to comparable local rates. Can’t charge too much or it is money laundering.
4. Did the Biden’s also charge the federal government to rent that space for his archives (think the Clintons rental practices). Did they double rent the same space?
