This is just a side line poll. We’re already pretty sure that Newsome has the nod from the party. And I’d say Kamila is out, too.
In an honest election, there isn’t anyone who would beat Trump...You are just going to have to live with it...
DeSantis is going to lose Big Time if he runs in 2024.
If NBC's poll said Trump was beating everyone, people here would be celebrating it.
And this wasn't an NBC poll. It was polling conducted by the conservative Club For Growth, which had formerly supported Trump and even spent millions on races for candidates who sought to overturn the 2020 election.
Is his risk bigger than Xiden? If so, let me in on it.
Recommend watching Judge Judy for about 10 episodes, and you’ll have a good idea who the average voter is in this country, whether or not they personally fill out their own ballot. Bet many of them respond to the poll.

Joe Biden is the biggest threat to Joe Biden. He would get crushed by anybody in a fair election.
Nope. Voted for Trump with great enthusiasm in 2016 and 2020 and I have a posting history here to back this up. He remains the only political candidate I've ever donated money to.
Problem is, Trump no longer has a path to the White House in 2024 (short of Kamala running against him and even then, it's a long shot).
Trump will lose every state that he lost in 2020 in addition to NC. And he'll take the House with him and prevent the GOP from taking back the Senate.
Trump has lost the support of the independent and swing voters who are critical to winning elections.
He is now a three-time loser and the only "winning" he's doing is sending Democrats to Washington.
Yet, if Republican primary voters are dumb enough to nominate him in 2024, I will vote for him. rest assured. And as I did in '96, '08, '12, and '20, I'll be voting for the guy who loses. I'm tired of losing.
Ron DeSantis is the future of the party and the best chance we have to regain the White House.
