"The View" co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin declared the discovery of classified documents at the Penn Biden Center was a "huge win" for Donald Trump and said it "kills" the Mar-a-Lago case.
"Absolutely no one's going to like this take, but I'm going to go there anyway," Farah Griffin, a former Trump administration aide, began. "I want to be clear the facts are different then the Trump case, however I think this is a huge win for Trump. Because if you're Merrick Garland, who is already extremely cautious and doesn't want to break the longstanding precedent of not indicting a president, it's very hard to make the case that Donald Trump should be indicted for this, even though the facts are different, when he can argue, ‘well, now the vice president also took home classified documents.’ I think this kills the case."

It looks to me that the Dems are throwing Biden under the bus.
That might be what’s going on. The Dems could use this Biden
scandal as a good excuse to force him into ‘medical’ retirement and pull somebody like Newsome into the picture under some made up pretence. The real sticky wicket will be getting rid of Kamala without some long drawn out drama.
How do you solve a problem like Kamala?
She may indeed have a price, but it may take George Soros to endorse the check. That would provide the cleanest break.

IOW they are saying Trump skates because otherwise they’d have to indite Xiden.

The “Mar-a-lago” case in the sense they meant is not subject to being killed as it was never alive. The real case was and remains the brazen weaponization of the DOJ against a political opponent, and that case is strengthened by the more obvious hypocrasy.
That makes for some interesting visuals, maybe too interesting!
The timing on this coming out right near the date Kamala can takeover as president and still serve two terms is hard to ignore. Although, I don’t think the DNC wants her either, but maybe she’ll be their obedient robot.
This is all theater anyways unless we can get fair elections again in this country.
All conspiracy theories aside, Kamala is
not a natural born citizen and is
therefore ineligible for POTUS. If the Dems
don’t want her as the head master, they’ll
use this to keep her out. Her placement
thus far has only been token. Even the Dems
will consider what a dim bulb she is.
I find it interesting that they keep her
out of the limelite. She’s had even less
public exposure than Pence.
