I think “inadvertently misplaced” is a far more serious thing that what Trump may have done. It means it is easily compromised. But the Left will say it’s ok.

If it weren’t for double standards, they wouldn’t have any at all.

Exactly, it makes it much more serious. Trump's docs were in a padlocked area with secret service guarding the location. Not in the Golf course garage next to the lawnmowers.
