Unfortunately, it's got nothing to do with one's level of optimism or hoping for hope.

It's the reality that stares us all in the face, time after time after time.

Those out there that, somehow, still believe that there is fairness and equal justice when it comes to politics and government, are either helplessly clueless or willfully ignorant because the multi-tier system of "justice" benefits them.

In a fair and just system, at a minimum up to this point in time:

• This news would have been broken about a week prior to the mid-term elections so the fence sitters out there had yet more proof of what a danger the (D)'s are to our Republic. It may have also pushed more of the (R) porch sitters out there to actually go out and vote, even if their preferred (R) candidate wasn't on the ballot.
• The FBI would raid that "office" at Penn, complete with national news camera crews on scene.
• The "media," across the board, would be all over this story on how what VICE President biden did was illegal.
• The "media" would do investigative reporting on any CCP connection to that "office."
• The "attorney" "general" would have already opened an investigation and appointed a "special" "prosecutor."

The University of Pennsylvania has been a conduit for money funneled to Joe Biden. Most of it came from China...China suspiciously gives tons of money to Penn, Penn lavishly funds the very sketchy "Penn-Biden" center (which keeps all sorts of political hacks and apparatchiks on their payroll) plus they pay Biden a lot for a no-work professorship.

this is particularly sketchy since Penn is supposedly a prestigious, Ivy-League school and there is no conceivable, legal benefit to such a school being associated with a corrupt, smarmy, Delaware politician who resorted to cheating to graduate from Cornell.
