Hunter/China.
SCOTUS will then hold Biden in contempt after he refuses to appear before Congress; next, the GOP revival of Pelosi's 25A Committee will proceed to refer Articles of Impeachment for said contempt and the other more obvious 'high crimes and misdemeanors'. And in a shocker, the Democrat-led Senate will flood-the-zone on the MSM to strongly suggest they are considering removing the Zombie.
Now the rationale. Here's why -- the GOP should impeach Biden, it is an enormous wedge issue for 2024.
Biden's 48% disapproval, this, for most of us, is just a number -- until that groundswell from the Progessive nutroots in the Democrat Party for the overthrow of their uber-rich, octogenarian, out-of-touch Minority Leadership; then a quick 25A Committee bi-partisan conclave where Impeachment is discussed -- along with the 25A Cabinet removal option, which will be the eventual 'winner', in the exact manner of Nixon's resignation, ie, "You have no more friends and it is time for you to go."

The article keeps saying the PennBiden Center was opened in 2018, but I distinctly remember a lot of talk about a Biden Chair involving China during the 2015-16 Presidential campaigns, when Penn's presumption was that Hillary would win. Gutmann openly criticized Trump's immigration policy, and several institutions of Penn such as Wharton alumni and the university's magazine took stances against Trump.

The rule was passed to continually keep them safe after their time in the office, and also for security breach purposes.
