The University of Pennsylvania has been a conduit for money funneled to Joe Biden. Most of it came from China...China suspiciously gives tons of money to Penn, Penn lavishly funds the very sketchy "Penn-Biden" center (which keeps all sorts of political hacks and apparatchiks on their payroll) plus they pay Biden a lot for a no-work professorship.

this is particularly sketchy since Penn is supposedly a prestigious, Ivy-League school and there is no conceivable, legal benefit to such a school being associated with a corrupt, smarmy, Delaware politician who resorted to cheating to graduate from Cornell.

But four of the Trumps were graduated from Penn (Don, DonJr, Ivanka and Tiffany), so obviously this is all their fault. /sarc

The article keeps saying the PennBiden Center was opened in 2018, but I distinctly remember a lot of talk about a Biden Chair involving China during the 2015-16 Presidential campaigns, when Penn's presumption was that Hillary would win. Gutmann openly criticized Trump's immigration policy, and several institutions of Penn such as Wharton alumni and the university's magazine took stances against Trump.

Penn was founded by Benjamin Franklin before the founding of the United States. Wonder what Ben would think of this Gutmann/Biden grift. "A Republic, ma'am, if you can keep it."
