Many of us know the names: Sandra Bland, Daunte Wright, Philando Castile, Walter Scott, Sam DuBose. They are just a few of the hundreds of Americans across the country who have been killed by police during a traffic stop. In many of these cases, police had stopped the victim using a practice called “pretext stops” — pulling someone over for a minor traffic or equipment violation and then using that stop to conduct an unrelated speculative criminal investigation, not for the purpose of enforcing the traffic code.

Blacks disproportionately break traffic laws just as they disproportionately commit violent crimes and property crimes.
And, as usual, the question as to whether blacks violate the law disproportionately more is not allowed to be asked.
San Fernasco needs to start issuing a “proportionate” number of licenses to “black” motorists. Too many blacks have licenses. That’s the problem.
It can’t be too be too big of a problem. They don’t have IDs to drive according to their masters.
The black traffic fatality rate has also skyrocketed since the Summer of Mostly Peaceful Protests.
Police are not allowed to stop blacks committing traffic violations or committing other crimes.
There are unwritten rules stemming from the Black Lives Matter issue, and they have become a protected race, and can’t be touched. However, black lives don’t matter when the crimes committed are blacks against blacks. What’s needed then is, black law enforcement officers to go after blacks committing crimes (but don’t expect law enforcement to be rule in those cases).
Guess we’ll have to start training white people to learn how to drive a lot worse. I recommend a large scale program where we recruit white people to attend reckless driving classes.
Maybe offer financial incentives to whites to learn how to drive crappy. Payouts of $500-1,000 per month to remain in the program.
Also stop maintaining their vehicles and break out some tail light lenses and headlights.

Do you have statistics on that?
For the latter two, yes there are statistics, but I couldn’t find anything on traffic law breaking.

Blacks can be called out into the streets to riot and create mayhem and chaos fairly easily. It takes more than a drug dealer killed by police to rally whites in that manner. Frankly I don’t know what it would take to really pi$$ of whites to the point of actually doing something. Long gone are the days of the Battle of Athens.
By the sounds of rising black crime they should be stopping a lot more of them.
It’s not just violating it.
If some violations are worth more than others, say incur higher fines, are more dangerous, and blacks are committing more of those, then they might still get ticketed more frequently than white committing fewer of the other variety.
I’m guessing that the great majority of these traffic stops are legit.
But then again...the police in a community near me had a secret radio code phrase, something like “light traffic on Main Street”. Whenever a black driver entered the community, the code phrase went out. And the car was stopped on some pretext.
This only ended when a driver got into an altercation with a cop, and somebody thought to examine the radio logs.
I’m not saying the SFPD did anything like that. It could be a very rare thing. But it is the other side of the coin.
The people most likely to be harmed by allowing blacks to violate traffic laws are other blacks.
Deep State knows this and doesn’t care.
apples and oranges- how many black drivers compared to white drivers drive at any given moment there/ I’m bettign that the black drivers far outnumber white drivers in areas, and break more rules as a result

And I ain’t a spring chicken.
Whenever I am out driving since the lockdown ended I now routinely see drivers running red lights.
Every time I am out.
Sometimes more than one driver.
I have never witnessed this before in my life.
And you’re right about cops not making traffic stops.
And I’ve gotten that from the horse’s mouth.
How about start by severely decreasing/ eliminating the 100% revenue generating traffic MV enforcement?
e.g...
75mph on the highway (65 speed limit)
putting speeds ridiculously low, or hidden speed limit signs.
“rolling” through stop sign. “complete stop”
Didn’t use directional x feet from use
Not waiting at a 10 minute long red light at 3am, when there are no cars for miles around.
not using seat belts
etc etc etc.
