OAKLAND, Calif. - East Bay Municipal Utility District officials said there were several sewage overflows just before New Year's during the storms, raising concern from Baykepeer, whose environmental nonprofit keeps an eye on the health of the Bay.

The virtue signaling holier than thou California Bay Area greenies are polluting the ocean
The bay will now match the surrounding land.
This is Mother Nature’s way of welcoming home Nancy Pelosi.
Is that what they’re calling the new Title 42 invasion? That’s where the “sewage flow” is coming from. It’s not an environmental sewage cyclone bomb. The invaders have decided not to wait any longer. They’re invading America and there is nothing the dumbass Americans can do to stop them. The bass turds have already taken over one of our National Parks and are selling souvenirs, tacos and burritos to the late arriving invaders.
My problem with all of this is as goes California so goes the nation.
Of course, there is never a mention of the bay feces pollution washed from the streets and side walks as a normal case of day to day operations
Exactly, where will be the State and Federal investigations? The fines? Imagine an evil oil company allowed this to happen......
Yup! America has gone from “melting pot” to SEPTIC TANK.
An overflow is understandable - Milwaukee, Wisconsin in the same rainy position, deliberately dumps millions of gallons of raw sewage into Lake Superior prior to the actual rain.
Where nature will clean and eventually purify the water
Sorry no coffee Lake Michigan.
Clams will eat well.
Great, now all the fish have aids.
I thought a while back combined overflows had to be replaced.
Yah, my question was “who would notice?”.
No enviro company out thisaway in CaCaLand gives a darn about environment. All they care about are $$ from NPC’s. Just like those who claim to care about street bums — No, they are not homeless.
You have enough sewage overflows and the FedGov will get involved. There’s a county here in GA that has been under Federal consent decree to get the problem fixed for a decade plus now. Large infrastructure fix ups take a long time.

Put the bottle down.
Yeah, but the sidewalks are a lot cleaner.
The streets are paved with sewage in California. It’s the California lifestyle
