Good evening, radu...any rain in sight? Pumps still in good shape?
Not a SINGLE duck last night. I could hear them in the creek, but something must have been out there...never came up. All the corn I threw out last night was still here this afternooon. But tonight...LOTS!!!

Hey there, Kathy.
We had some rain yesterday and last night but are in the clear until the weekend. Temps are down a little now but not all that bad.
Everything’s fine at the well houses, fortunately. Just have to peek in on the heaters every once in a while to make sure neither has conked out.
Smart of the ducks to stay in the creek last night. Since there were a lot there tonight, everyone must have survived whatever was out there looking for supper.

Too early to tell but we may be out of circulation for a while. Both of us have tested for the ChiCom virus. My case is not as severe as Mrs. spel’s but I will have to be caring for her. I am out of the woods already and feeling pretty good but my lovely wife has a real bad cough. I’ll try to keep in touch as time allows.
To: spel_grammer_an_punct_polise
I had a “really bad cough” that turned out to be pneumonia. If her cough persists, get her to the ER...and then ask them to give her whatever ‘s necessary for her to heal at home where she’ll be safe. I don’t know about you, but I hate hospitals and what they do to people who are ill.
Prayers that both of you have a full recovery.
