How about a Marshall Plan for the US—build the wall, rebuild traditional infrastructure, and unshackle business to rebuild or build power plants and other infrastructure to insure we have energy and so forth to survive and succeed. In other words, undo the damage caused by recent administrations, both Democrat and Republican.
