Moscow Demands Ukraine Surrender or Face Battlefield ‘Elimination’
Breitbart ^ | 12/27/2022 | Simon Kent

Posted on 12/27/2022 6:34:50 AM PST by ChicagoConservative27

Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov accused Ukraine and its western allies of trying to destroy his country late Monday night, demanding Kyiv accept Moscow’s prescription for ending the war or be “eliminated” on the battlefield.

Reuters reports Lavrov’s comments came against a backdrop of continued heavy fighting in eastern Ukraine and followed Russian President Vladimir Putin hinting he was open to negotiations, but only on Moscow’s terms.

Putin said on Sunday the Kremlin was “ready to negotiate with everyone involved about acceptable solutions” while blaming Kyiv for the lack of diplomatic progress so far.

Cgbg “Millions of Ukraine men of fighting age fled the country in the past couple of years.”

Oh that’s bull.

I live in Poland and can tell you it is bull.

I know, personally, Ukrainian programmers who left Krakow in march to fight for their country against Putin. They had no fighting experience, but they went to fight for their country. One got killed and another is injured, but the others are still fighting and still eager to fight until Putin is thrown out of Ukraine

1. It’s not about we claiming, it’s a fact that Russia did not comply with either of 2 Minsk agreements

2. You didn’t even read what merkel said. She didn’t say what you are implying.

2. You didn’t even read what merkel said. She didn’t say what you are implying.

you are falsifying what Merkel said.

Merkel said that agreement frozen the conflict and gave time to Ukraine to be stronger, and so as a result have better position in negotiations over Minsk implementation.

Here is the quote - “Merkel said that the Minsk agreements had been an attempt to “give Ukraine time” to build up its defenses”

As you can see - there was nothing about agreement being a sham - in fact Russia broke the agreement first by recognizing the separatists proxy republics.

When Minsk-2 was signed the idea was to re-integrate Donbass back in Ukraine as per Ukrainian law (see p.4 of Minsk agreements with increased cultural and financial autonomy (+greater economic ties to Russia).

Instead Russia insisted to legalize the proxy-officials that were installed by Russia (instead of running free and democratic elections in Donbass as it required by the agreements).

As Surkov (who was appointed by Russia for Minsk implementations) said - Russia goal is symbolic sovereignty of Ukraine over Donbass.

As you can see there is nothing trustworthy coming from Russia here as it completely sabotaged making compromises over the implementation of agreement (instead Russia pressured Ukraine to agree to its maximalist demands under the threat of invasion).

Why are you lying?

They may try, but will they succeed? A carrier battle group is rather formidable, you know.

All it might take is a single wake homing torpedo, and it's "bye, bye CVN"...

“Merkel said that agreement frozen the conflict and gave time to Ukraine to be stronger”

Somehow I doubt the purpose of Minsk, as understood by Russia was to make the Ukraine military stronger. Since we now know that was the REAL purpose, then they should have told Russia at the time.

Therefore why should Russia believe ANYTHING the West says now?

Anyway, you beef is with her, she CLEARLY stated that Minsk 2 was intended to deceive Russia, and now Russia is angry.

“”Someone call Trump and let him get it solved.””

Trump speaking on nukes and the invasion
“Look, Stuart, when he goes in and he kills thousands of people are we going to just sit by and watch?”

“This country will be in 100 years from now they will be talking about what a travesty, a horrible thing this is. We can’t let that, just on a human basis we can’t let that happen, and then he says that there are nuclear power but we’re a greater nuclear power.
but I listened to him constantly using the n word , that’s the n word, and he’s constantly using it. The nuclear word, and we never talk, we say oh, he’s a nuclear power, but we’re a greater nuclear power.

We have the greatest submarines in the world, most powerful machines ever built, most powerful and they got built under me. Most powerful machines ever built and nobody knows where they are and

You should say look , if you mention that word, one more time, we’re going to send them over and we’ll be coasting back and forth up and down your coast. You can’t let this tragedy continue. You can’t let these thousands of people die. It’s going to be hundreds of thousands and maybe millions of people by the time it ends.”

Despite Trumps efforts to beef up NATO, the core European NATO members are poorly prepared and they are burning through their stocks of ammo and sophisticated anti tank and anti air weapons to the point where stocks are depleted to critically low levels

The same can be said for the United States to a surprising degree

Our domestic energy production Is way down and our strategic petroleum reserve is depleted to a critically low level that cannot be replenished quickly due to cutbacks in domestic production

China is seriously ramping up efforts to move on Taiwan and they have built up a very impressive military expansion and modernization based on stolen Western tech and Western funded and trained modern industrial base

Europe has no stomach for war and America is weary and disillusioned after the disasters in Iraq and Afghanistan

Biden has declared war on OPEC and back stabbed the Middle So they are backing away from American support and are looking for new partners like China, India and other wanna be BRIC aspirants

Millions of illegals are coming over the Southern border. Many come from Cuba, Venezuela, Iran and Central American countries hostile to the US. They form a serious 5th column threat to US national security and they are allied with the Antifa domestic terror network and with Cartels

A coordinated offensive by Russia in Ukraine, China against Taiwan and well targeted domestic unrest and sabotage could be remarkably effective in allowing Russia to secure Ukraine, China to secure Taiwan while simultaneously enabling American authoritarians from furthering their domestic agenda

The pieces are being put in place for just such a manufactured crisis and the Western democracies have demonstrated that they have neither the will or the resources to put up a fight to defend Ukraine or Taiwan, much less risk a full scale nuclear exchange with Russia on their home countries

Fantasy?

Perhaps

But never in my wildest dreams did I expect Russia to invade Ukraine in the first place, much less get bogged down the way they have been. And sure, the Russians have had serious problems in Ukraine, but they have also had to deal with NATO countries depleting massive stockpiles of irreplaceable weapons and war reserves that they would need if the conflict expanded

Russia, on the other hand, is mobilizing and their lower tech weapons are easier to ramp up production on and they are not subject to supply chain constraints on sophisticated microprocessors and sensor components

Plus Russia has plenty of fuel and energy resources to draw from while NATO countries have energy shortages

If you look at things a certain way, maybe not so crazy after all.

They will soon get better discounts.

They will keep using Putin for cheap oil.

But they don’t trust him and they don’t treat him as trustworthy.

“They will soon get better discounts. They will keep using Putin for cheap oil.”

I have some BAD NEWS for you, it’s not a one horse town when it comes to oil importers, and virtually all of the non-Western ones ARE NOT imposing sanctions or trying to cap the price of Russian oil. They’ll soon be bidding against each other, including China, for that oil.

“Why are you lying?”

Doesn’t matter, you need to convince the Russians of your new take on Merkel, because right now they believe they were played.

So, feel free to make fun of me, doesn’t change a damn thing on the ground, or what Russia now thinks of the West’s ‘honesty’.
