The Second Amendment protects the right to people to "keep and bear arms," and at its core the right to self-defense, [judge] McConnell observed.
[Reporter]The ban was a reasonable and measured approach to restricting large-capacity magazines, which in practice easily convert handguns into semi-automatic weapons capable of rapid fire, he said.

It only makes sense if a high capacity magazine is defined as containing two or more bullets. ;-)
What a moron. The gun shoots the same speed regardless of the magazine size. Idiot should be disbarred for being so ignorant.
imagine the US sending the Ukrain guns with ‘low capacity magazines’ to ‘help them fight the ruskies’?
IF we are ever invaded- our ‘low capacity magazines’ in several states will be prime targets for the invading armies- because the citizenry won’t be able to adequately protect themselves against the enemies who will be using high capacity fully automatic weapons- Homes where 2-3 thugs break into it will not be able to adequately protect themselves i nthe event of a shoot-out with the thugs either-
Common sense isn’t so common anymore apparently-
snark snark snark

He also knows nothing about MS-13 in his state. Along with who else who has crossed out border. Biden is flying them all over the country.
Shouldn’t the Ketanji Brown rule apply. If a judge can not define a woman because the idiot judge is not a biologist than a judge can not define firearm because they are not a weapons expert.
When general-purpose robots are jailbroken to do things like shoot guns, it won’t matter how many bullets are in the magazine.
The world is about to change, and it’s the least ready for this change morally than it’s ever been.
That’s essentially what the bumpstock ban declared.
