Just need to present the evidence in an overwhelming way where it is beyond a shadow of a doubt to the jurors. Only issue I see here is if Lake wins, does this become precedent and 2020 is back in play?
I’ll be greatly surprised if anything comes of this. The shadow government will bring whatever resources necessary to prevent disclosure of much, if anything, of substance with regard to their construction of permanent sham elections. Corruption inevitably follows money, and there are hundreds of billions of dollars at stake.
We have been watching Turning Point and there was a meme guy that did a segment and explained the tactic of ridicule.
It might seem immature, but it is a very powerful technique in a conflict like what we’re facing.

Jurors? If I’m not mistaken the judge is the jury.
How can an SOS who runs the election and counts the votes even be able to run in the first place? That is utterly ridiculous. There ought to be a law that says no SOS can run for office for five or ten years after leaving that office.
There are no jurors. It’s a bench trial.
Can someone tell me if the OUTSOURCING of ballot counting to the RUNBECK company was itself a violation of law and violation of chain of custody requirements?

I will not be shocked if crucial evidence is suddenly lost in a boating accident, fire, flash flood, or combination of tragic events.
You are assuming the ballots have not already been “accidentally” destroyed. I with Lake all the luck in the world and hope she wins but the courts have shown they don’t give a crap about the rule of law.
