‘I Can’t Believe I’m Going to Jail for an NFT Salesman’: Jan. 6 Rioter Seemingly Done with Trump After Announcement Flop

The far-right streamer and Jan. 6 rioter known as “Baked Alaska” labeled former President Donald Trump a mere “nft salesman” after his teased “big announcement” flopped Thursday.

Trump riled up much of the political world Wednesday when he took to his account on Truth Social to hype a “major announcement” that ended up being a $99.00 NFT trading card of himself dressed as a superhero. The announcement drew mockery, ridicule, and concern from conservatives.

Baked Alaska is a White nationalist former MAGA streamer whose legal name is Anthime Joseph Gionet. He was among many who gave Trump’s latest money-making venture an icy reception.

Four days after his banned Twitter account was reinstated by Elon Musk, he tweeted, “[I] can’t believe [I’m] going to jail for an nft salesman,” he wrote.

Gionet pleaded guilty to assaulting a security guard at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. He has been sentenced to 30 days in jail but is currently waiting to begin serving the sentence.

Gionet streamed the attack online and the footage has been used in multiple cases against rioters.

We don't support Trump's 2024 campaign because we're tired of losing elections

We? Oh, you mean the "we" who supported and voted for government insiders, who were open border globalist. Not once but TWICE!

Ya keep supporting lawyers turned insider career professional politicians, and now ya say you're tired of losing. wow...

“The NFT was a trolling. Everybody missed the real announcement and theyre so butt hurt over the silly cards they dont even realize there was a second announcement.”

All the more reason why the NFT “major announcement” was just plain stupid. Every news channel I saw mockingly reported it but not a word about the relevant statement afterwards. Guarantee you that probably 90-95% of average Americans who heard about NFT have no idea there was a serious policy statement issued by Trump afterwards.

He sat himself up to look like an unserious souvenir salesman. Someone over there needs to correct course and they need to do it quick. I am sure Saturday Night Live is working on a Trump superhero NFT skit already.

What are you on about? I voted for Trump. That doesn't mean I'm going to nod like a bobblehead doll at his every word. Who's more likely to be an open borders globalist, Xiden or DeSantis? Because running Trump in 2024 is a sure way to get 4 more years of Xiden's misrule.

>>He used the cards to troll people like you and with eyes of the world on him, preparing to jeer as you do, he unveiled a highly polished policy statement, one that the nation is hungry to hear.

And which one are people talking about? and which one got lost in the noise - mission *not* accomplished.

The guy is his own worst enemy - he should remember, when you find yourself in a hole, stop digging.

Yep - that and the ‘lets suspend the constitution quote’ - even taken out of context, he is finished.

Doubt he gets the nomination now - but no way he can win the general when he seems to sit at home writing the opposition ads for the democrats to use against him.

“we’re tired of losing elections”

The problem isn’t the candidate. The truth is plain to see.

https://tierneyrealnewsnetwork.substack.com/p/what-the-heck-is-really-going-on

“1. Why was the vote count stopped simultaneously on election night in 2020 around midnight in 6 different states & who gave that order? The Intelligence Branch.

2. Why were virtually all votes that showed up in those states by van at 4AM for Biden? Who sent them? The Intelligence Branch.

When the count was halted on election night:

PA Trump by 682,000 votes (15.2%)

GA Trump by 311,000 votes (7.5%)

MI Trump by 307,000 votes (9.8%)

WI Trump by 128,000 votes (4.9%)

NC Trump by 77,000 votes (1.4%)

At 4AM the vans came, and the Intelligence Branch took the USA.

Eyewitness testimony, data analysis and cell phone footage prove it.

Trump 2016 got 74 MILLION votes from 2,497 US counties.

Biden 2020 got 81 MILLION votes from 509 US counties.

So Trump, the popular incumbent, got 29,636 votes per county and Biden, the challenger who couldn’t draw 500 people, got 159,135 per county, 5.3x as many.

Does that make sense to you? No, math says it’s not possible. PERIOD.”

The last one was long, so here’s the continuation.

“Operation Warp Speed”

This threw them off their game. Change your opponents pace... this is a tactic to win games and wars. Its solid.

“fire Fauci and didn’t for some reason.”

This is 20/20 hindsight and not at all a reasonable thing to hold against someone. Hell, we all know he was bad now! Go back to late 2020 and tell me we all knew that then. If you said that back then, everyone would have called you a conspiracy theorist!

“Trump being a terrible candidate is just one of those facts”

Saying this is a fact because everyone says so is not a reasonable or rational argument.

"My leftist neighbors agree with me that the sky is gray right now, that winter is colder than summer, that fire is hot, and many other provable facts. Trump being a terrible candidate is just one of those facts that is acknowledged by both sides of the aisle."

Ghey-ist Auto-flame Of The Month™.

Did your "leftist neighbors" stitch you some sweet kneepads to gargle that? "both sides of the aisle" LOFL, and you're bragging about the re@ch@round. I'm dyin' laughing.

Did you need Trump to tell you that any lifelong government bureaucrat with a D after his name was bad news? I didn't.

The problem isn’t the candidate. The truth is plain to see.

In 2022 Georgia had all but eliminated ballot drop boxes and had strict voter ID requirements. Nevertheless Trump's handpicked candidate Herschel Walker lost. Sometimes the problem is the candidate. I do not believe Trump can win in 2024 even if mail-in voting were completely eliminated. He was given 4 years in the White House. After those 4 years what did we have to show for it besides anti-lib tweets? Do we have a beautiful border wall? Did we balance the budget? Did Trump condemn the clot shot killing many innocent people in this country and others? No, instead he promoted Operation Warp Speed as one of his "successes". I do give him credit for picking good Supremes, though.

I don't hate the man. I hope he gets the retirement he deserves. But I do believe there are other, younger Republicans with less baggage who will produce better results.

EXACTLY.

Biden only needed to fraudulently generate 313,253 votes spread over 6 states, which probably required less than 1,000 people to accomplish it. Obama's Army.

We've all seen the tip of the iceberg -- the election night real panic in Fulton County's State Farm Arena.

All we had to do, was flip one Fulton County weave-wearin' vote-stuffin' Hazel to state's evidence. ONE.

Nope. CoRonna McDaniel too busy finger-shopping at Lulumon and planning her next facelift on the RNC dime. Didn't even have to listen to Bishop Romney's voicemail telling her to submarine President Trump.

No, dear, I said my leftist neighbors and I could agree on the general meteorological conditions. I also stated in another post that I do not believe Trump to be a bad person, just that other candidates could produce better results.

You might want to proofread your posts before swarming that [Post] button, Lurker.

I rather think it is you who needs to read my posts more carefully.

Do you recall he was under constant attempts to impeach him while setting the nation back on track at the same time?

What I recall is that Trump took office in January 2017, had a Republican House and a Republican Senate, wasn't impeached until nearly 3 years later in December 2019...and still never addressed any of this stuff during those three years.

It's just an excuse, and he has given us ZERO tangible reasons to believe he'd do better the second time around. He's still just "Trump being Trump", and isn't enough of a detail guy to follow through on his rhetoric. He's also proven himself to be a poor judge of hiring the right subordinates to whom he could perhaps delegate that necessary follow-through.

I don't even see how anyone can actually argue against that.

so, I’ll say this. BA has been in the trenches for awhile. He has paid a personal cost (being blinded by Pantifa). His opinion should matter.

I’m still on board the Trump Train, FWIW.

A RINO Senate you mean. And Mr. Trump accomplished a lot despite the powers that be arrayed against him. You think maybe Jeb or other establishment “Republican” would have done better?
