No. I'm done with Trump.

I've moved on to candidates who actually have a chance at getting elected.

You think maybe Jeb or other establishment “Republican” would have done better?

We'd be in Jeb's second term right now.

What would that look like?

Well, for one, Jeb would've put the same judges on the bench that Trump did, seeing how Trump picked his people from the same Federalist Society list that Jeb would've chosen from.

And once you strip away all the drama, Trump was actually a typical moderate Republican. Tax cuts? Jeb would've given us those.

Would Jeb have lost the House in 2018 and the Senate in 2020. Probably. Most presidents do in their first midterm.

And, yeah, Jeb wouldn't have secured the border and he probably would've given billions to Ukraine.

Covid, however, I truly believe was weaponized to get rid of Trump. If Jeb (or Hillary) had been president, Covid would've been nothing more than a story on pg. 38 of the New York Times. Health Experts Warn Of Stronger Than Normal Flu Season. Elderly Most At Risk

Would we be better off right now with Biden or Jeb?

My son sent me this"

"By having his NFT announcement at the same day of his announcement for running for 2024 office, he's managed to tie NFTs to political speech, not just by time but also by news stories. The journos had to cover both, they couldn't just cover one without appearing partisan. In this way, NFTs and Trump's run has occupied everyone's mindspace as intertwined. He's created 45,000 ethereum based wallets to store the NFTs. Actually he's created more than 45k, because everyone who doesn't already have an NFT capable wallet has to get one (custodial), or create an account somewhere to get one (noncustodial). I assume people use Metamask browser extension for creating an NFT wallet because it's the easiest for beginners. Now Biden cannot go after crypto, unless it wants to be seen as ELECTION INTERFERENCE. Also, it foils CBDCs because it's getting people who are normally resistant to using crypto into crypto. I imagine that because these are NFTs on the blockchain, some people who really support Trump also don't care about or use crypto (Trump supporters are older, conservative), so the cards / pogs are going to be the first time they get exposed to crypto. In essence, Trump is saving crypto from being disintegrated."

A RINO Senate you mean.

If that's the excuse, how would that be any different in a second Trump Administration? There is a zero percent chance you're going to get 51 MAGA Senators. Not happening.

You think maybe Jeb or other establishment “Republican” would have done better?

Jeb is a loser. But I also know that the bureaucracy beat Trump once already because (again...) the guy is too big-picture, not detail-oriented, and doesn't hire good subordinates. And the bureaucracy is the one place he should have been able.to.make.thw most headway because he can fire people.

If you think Trump is going to magically learn in a second term how to beat the bureaucracy, great. But you can't fairly accuse the rest of us of not caring about the deep state just because we want to try somebody who hasn't already failed once.

You apparently can’t read basic English.

Trump implied no such thing. He merely stated that the Constitution cannot function w/ the level of fraud we now have.

I do think Jeb would have cut a massive, and very bad, border deal with the Democrats. Trump didn’t do that.

In the News/Activism forum, on a thread titled ‘I Can’t Believe I’m Going to Jail for an NFT Salesman’: Jan. 6 Rioter Seemingly Done with Trump After Announcement Flop, Bruce Campbells Chin wrote:

Do you recall he was under constant attempts to impeach him while setting the nation back on track at the same time?

What I recall is that Trump took office in January 2017, had a Republican House and a Republican Senate, wasn't impeached until nearly 3 years later in December 2019...and still never addressed any of this stuff during those three years.

It's just an excuse, and he has given us ZERO tangible reasons to believe he'd do better the second time around. He's still just "Trump being Trump", and isn't enough of a detail guy to follow through on his rhetoric. He's also proven himself to be a poor judge of hiring the right subordinates to whom he could perhaps delegate that necessary follow-through.

I don't even see how anyone can actually argue against that.

You're kidding. You must be...wait...I remember your other posts.

Trump had the most corrupt congress in the history of the United States. Many were Republicans in name only.

Saying he wasn't impeached, "....until nearly 3 years later ignores the constant information war against him meant to remove him from office for Russia, Russia, Russia and the Ukrainian phone call. It ignores Covid and false allegations he told the public to drink bleach. You're ignoring the George Flyod riots, and rioting all over the country - they wanted him to take the bait so they could escalate to get the UN to activate troops but he wouldn't. He was falsely accused of having protestors tear gassed so he could have a photo op. They lied and said he threw paper towels at disaster victims in Haiti.

Trump had more attacks than any other president in history. The left bragged about the 'death blossom' of legal cases they brought and were bringing, and would continue throughout his presidency to bring against him.

You apparently don't recall his statesmanship, the novel respect shown the POTUS in the UAE, the photo of him seated behind a table with the rest of the Europeans upset with him. He shook up everything he touched for the better.

He did things no one ever did before, and he did them while facing unprecedented 360 degrees of attack by a government largely serving the best interests of our enemies.

Since you missed those 4 years, I'll post the White House list of accomplishments just for 2020. The following list doesn't touch on his hardest won accomplishments, or quiet wins like the Dec 2017 EO regarding sex trafficking, but it does record some of his impacts on our country and the economy during his first year in office.

https://trumpwhitehouse.archives.gov/trump-administration-accomplishments/

I can't believe you think of the most successful president in American history as a 'loser'.

We conservatives don't need you on our side - please go 'support' the Dems.

I don't disagree.

I'm sure Jeb would've been a typical Bush when it came to illegals. Though, would the floodgates be opened as much as they are now?

It's ironic, Trump's actions towards illegal immigration, which earned him the most outrage from the Left, were actually widely popular.

TRUTH: Jack Posobiec 🇺🇸 @JackPosobiec
If you invested $100 in 1998 in the Dow indices, you would have $400. That's 400% return in 24 years. If you bought a Trump trading card 36 hours ago, you would have the same return $400. Trump's Trading cards beat the Dow Jones 25 year return in <36 hours.

Trump also rebuilt the military with trillions of dollars.

Congress fought him every step of the way on essential national security items like the border wall.

The guy wades into a filthy swamp and fought them all and they couldn’t break him or impeach him or remove him with the 25th Amendment or entice the UN to ‘save them’ from him, and I know of no one else, including De Santis, who could hold up under the constant barrage of attack, let alone accomplish as much as Trump did at the same time.

Here’s more of Trump’s accomplishments.

There’s other lists out there too. Start reading.
