Laguna Beach (Calif.) High School senior Bella Rasmussen has agreed to a name, image and likeness deal with KeyWise to promote its newly released KeyWise Skye app, which acts as a fitness tracker for your brain.
As reported by On3, the agreement, announced Tuesday, was facilitated by MarketPryce and is believed to be the first NIL agreement for a female football player.
It's not the first history-making moment for Rasmussen this fall. Nine weeks earlier, on Oct. 14, she made California high school history when she became the first girl to score two touchdowns in a varsity football game.The scores came in a 48-0 win over Godinez Fundamental.

Well, scoring two touchdowns in a game where the final score was 48 to nothing is remarkable. The third string got to play and what’s more, to score.

She is a RB that rushed for a total of 68 yards in 2021 and 22 in 2022 with two scores. When I played that player was called a scrub. Good for for her on scoring, I never did, but then, I was a guard. But come on. I saw another article that said she was a football star. She is far from a star. At 88 total yards for her career, she is probably the worst running back on the team. She is the first because we did not let girls play football for fear they would be hurt. This will encourage more girls to play football. I wonder how the media will cover the stories when they get serious injuries. It is better than guys playing girls sports since men have a physical advantage over most girls.
Is it an actual woman?

When I was in high school, we didn't even let girls play full court. They had to dribble to half court, then pass to a teammate on the other side.

If you’re up 36-0, you generally see the third team come in. Otherwise the other team whines about running up the score.
If this girl wants to play football, what skin is it off your nose? She won’t be able to play at a high level, and she won’t ever be very good, but who cares?
Men playing on women’s teams is a totally different matter of course.
Allowing a girl on the team is cheaper than contesting the lawsuits

I think it’s a fair presumption that ‘it’ is a trans.

We already have enough gender based problems in schools. My observation is the NIL, which will probably add incentives which will lead us to more problems.
For those that don’t know what NIL means, it’s only the single biggest change to the college sporting world ever.
