THE FACTS: A misleading article spreading widely online this week attempts to link recent child and young adult deaths in the U.S. to COVID-19 vaccines.“CDC quietly confirms at least 118k Children & Young Adults have ‘Died Suddenly’ in the USA since the roll-out of the COVID Vaccines,” reads its headline. The article originally appeared in November on The Exposé, a website that has repeatedly spread COVID-19 misinformation.
A screenshot of the article’s headline was shared in multiple Facebook and Instagram posts. One Instagram post had more than 15,500 likes as of Thursday.
As evidence, the article cites CDC data as published by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development. The intergovernmental organization, which has 38 member countries, including the U.S., promotes economic and sustainable development. As presented by The Exposé, the data shows that there were about 118,000 excess U.S. deaths in the 0-to-44 age group between December 2020 and October 2022, compared to the 2015-2019 average.

Ah, American Pravda.
see my post #3
CDC’s data is false to begin with.
Science by assigning blame.
Other than urns & coffins, where else do you bury the story? OD’s? Car accidents....homicides from illegals?
Funny how big media is so quick to call this out. It would normally just be ignored as folly.
Sorry all that is true and Data is there here and overseas.
This from the media that told us last week that not having the vaccines was associated with higher deaths driving. !!
But healthy kids dying... not interested.
If it’s so safe, then take away the protection from liability. IOW, put your money where your mouth is.

meanwhile, FakeNewsMSM worldwide is happy to go along with WHO co-opting “excess deaths” for their own purposes:
15 Dec: 9News Australia: COVID-19 accounts for nearly 15 million deaths in two years, WHO says
By Richard Wood • Senior Journalist
New estimates from the World Health Organisation (WHO) show there were approximately 14.83 million excess deaths linked to COVID-19 across the world from 2020 to 2021.
The paper, published in the journal Nature, revealed that coronavirus has been responsible for nearly three times the number of deaths reported over the same period.
Excess mortality accounts for both the total number of deaths directly attributed to the virus and the indirect impact, such as disruption of essential health services or travel impacts...
Researchers compiled the figures by comparing mortality data from 2020 and 2021 with the number of deaths that would have been expected without a pandemic...
These countries are Bangladesh, Brazil, Colombia, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Iran, Italy, Mexico, Nigeria, Pakistan, Peru, the Philippines, Poland, the Russian Federation, South Africa, Britain, Turkey, Ukraine and the United States.
India alone accounts for an estimated 4.74 million excess deaths...
Russia and Indonesia have more than 1 million excess deaths...
