Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell on Tuesday lashed out at President Trump and blamed 2022 losses on support of the former president.
Recall, Mitch McConnell held up funds for Arizona Senate candidate Blake Masters and other solid MAGA candidates.
McConnell funded RINOs like Murkowski from Alaska and dissed Trump-endorsed candidates.
McConnell on Tuesday told reporters that the GOP didn’t do well in 2022 because of Trump.
Not a word about the brazen Democrat voter fraud and disenfranchisement in Maricopa County.
The GOP just needs more RINO/establishment candidates, according to McConnell.

Hey Mitch. You’re not supposed to “control the primary outcome”. The VOTERS control the primary outcome.

Plenty of money for that witch in Alaska when she was up against a Republican. No money for Blake Masters. A much better candidate. He would have won with the full support of the party, money, and some sharper messaging.

“Our Ability to Control the Primary Outcome Was Quite Limited in 2022 Because of Support of the Former President” Mc-CON-nell needs to pull his head out of his . . ah . . shell.
The PEOPLE, not you Mitch, decide who wins the primaries.
If he had had his way, the Dems would have won in a landslide.

Why is he not retired????
To: cotton1706
So McConnell believes he should control the primary process. I guess the onle people he cares about are those on the DC dole.

Hey Turtle boy McConnell, seppuku. It was designed for people such as you.
Study it.
Apply it.
ASAP.
To: rrrod
"He did say he would resign if he was replaced by a
Republican.....but that won’t happen" Correct. The Governor of Kentucky is a Democrat
just finishing his first term. He can run again.
If something should happen to "The Turtle", the
Senate will get another Democrat. But the real question
is would that really matter, considering the way that
McConnell has been behaving of late?

McConnell, Schumer and all of the members of the Uniparty are basically egg sucking dogs who enjoy an open door to the chicken coop- courtesy of the overfed, fun obsessed and emotionally weak majority of this nation. Hard times will eventually determine the future of the American experiment, not the action or inaction of politicians alone. The failure of the majority to insist on just/transparent government, on truth in media and on honesty in education of the young are all symptoms of trouble ahead.
I would admire to be proved wrong in this assessment. But I don't think so

It’s not your job to “control the outcome” of primaries, Mitch.
That’s our job.
Your job is to support whomever wins the Republican primaries regardless of your personal feelings about the candidates, ***hole.

100 Percent correct. He worked against candidates the people selected because they would not fall in line to his constant treachery. And this ass McConnell is the reason republicans will never get another dime from me.

Notice the word “control”. We don’t want control. We want support and unity. The people picked the candidates in the primary. McConnell doesn’t give two 💩s about what the people want. He would rather be in the minority than cure his TDS.
