More than 40 soldiers and civilians told Reuters they witnessed the Nigerian military kill children or saw children's corpses after a military operation. Estimates totaled in the thousands. Reuters investigated six incidents in which at least 60 died. One mother described the deaths of her twin babies: “The soldiers said they killed those children because they are children of Boko Haram.”
Portrait photography and videos by CHRISTOPHE VAN DER PERRE and PAUL CARSTEN Filed Dec. 12, 2022, 11 a.m. GMT FIRST he heard voices, then the sputter of gunfire.
Kaka crept behind an acacia tree and froze in terror. The teen was returning home after gathering firewood late one July afternoon in 2020. Peering ahead, he saw a group of men at a waterhole, most in Nigerian Army camouflage.
They stood over a line of children face down in the dirt, wailing for their mothers, Kaka recalled. Nearby, several adults lay prone – including mothers with infants tied to their backs. He heard some voices cry out to God.

We should always trust Nigerians.
An actual Nigerian Prince told me so.
I got like 60 million bucks coming, too, so it's legit.
I’m going to guess that the source of these reports are Nigerian Muslims, who can always be relied upon to be absolutely truthful.
Oh, wow, and Boko Haram is so peaceful. I wonder why the army is so brutal!
Well, if that happened, it’s horrific. Abduct the kids and get them out of Islam fast.
But as far as the adults go, they’re at war with everyone, so too bad if you get caught in the crossfire.
Eliminating Islam would be fantastic.
I’ve been hearing how Boko Haram slaughters Christians for years now. Thousands upon thousands, maybe millions???
They sound like the perfect group our Deep State bastards would like to send arms and other support to now. If only Boko Haram could get their hands on a squadron of F16s, they could really protect themselves! A battalion of M1 tanks would be nice too.
Remember, in Islam, it is perfectly okay to deceive infidels.
300,000 Christians massacred, mainly by Boko Haram, some by Hausa-Fulani herdsmen coveting the Christians’ land — all from the same tribe, though, and all willing to live by the massacre.
I guess, to paraphrase, “live by the massacre, die by the massacre”.
Very similar to the Hutu-Tutsi set-to in Rwanda 2 decades ago. Round ‘em up, kill ‘em all. Very uncivilized, Africa.
I recently watched the movie:
“Beasts of No Nation”
It is a story how a seven year old orphaned African boy gets taken in by a militia in one of these sub Saharan countries. It stars Idris Elba as the war lord leader of the group.
Islam uses their children as carriers of explosives
so the muzzies haven’t killed women and children?haven’t burned churches down with people inside?...haven’t forced circumcision?haven’t done female mutilation?
History has taught us that to peacefully end a war, is to elimimate all of the enemy. From Elder to child, it worked for the US Cavalry. Modern day man is much more corrupt, yet fears his own conscience on things relating to group survival.
Nits make lice.
L
Of course they have, pay attention.
haven’t burned churches down with people inside?
Probably have. I didn't see 'em though.
haven’t forced circumcision?
That would probably be a good thing.
So maybe they didn't.
haven’t done female mutilation?
Well, it's they own chicks they mutilatin'.
Maybe they like it that way.
You don’t suppose those Muslim kids were packin’, do you? I’d have shot them, too.
The American army eliminated all of the enemy. What does that mean?
It seems that Christian women and children are routinely kidnapped and killed by moslems. Were these people Christians? Were the soldiers moslem?
“Beasts of No Nation”
A really fine movie.
Sounds like the gloves finally came off, after decades of watching Christians being murdered and mutilated.
I spent a portion of 2012 hunting for Boko Haram bomb-makers, and never quite understood why the US didn’t commit a US Marine Expeditionary Brigade to exterminate them. In one move, we could have stabilized Nigeria and made it a serious trade partner and ally in West Africa; and a model for other African nations to follow.
payback is a biatch.
