Great point. The nebulous entities in the article clearly precludes what I am seeing on the streets… many open positions and stupid high hourly offerings.
I did have confirmation that you can indeed get a starting job at almost double the minimum wage, but you cannot get 40 hours at that pay, which means fewer benefits.
