promptly arrested him

Are they going to take him for a helicopter ride? I understand that's a popular thing down there.

It’s not up for any vote.

It’s more a matter of adherence to the Constitution, those that made an oath to it, restoration of the organic version, and removal of domestic and foreign enemies now occupying the district of corruption.

Love that. So true.

No overthrow of the US government is going to occur. Because that in itself would violate the US Constitution.

The dimrat Senate refused to look at any evidence against Slick Willie. Since then, the dims are more partisan and radical. Brandon will serve as “President” until he has outlived his usefulness. He is a puppet of the deep state.

The US “government” has already been overthrown.

You may not believe that, that’s fine, so presume hypothetically that is the case, however unlikely you view it. Would be your next move?

It’s not even a valid hypothetical.

Saying the government has been overthrown is license for some to act in an extra constitutional manner.

There was another South American country that had one of its top politicians resign/get fired; I think it was Argentina?

You have no concept of what gives the Constitution, or any government for that matter, its legitimacy. The Founders understood. It’s called the consent of the governed. The Constitution has become irrelevant to those in power. The system is broken, and you’re waiting for the broken system to give you permission to challenge its legitimacy.

The will to work within the system is the problem (either through ignorance or intentional actions).

When the system is so broken that no avenues to correct its abuses remain through working within it then only a fool would urge more of the same.

It’s the system we have. We can change it to make it better. Some of the talk about “extra-constitutional” this or that, or worse some people advocating military overthrow are, well, crazy.

Please tell me how the Founding of the current United States was not a violation of British law.

The US government has ceased to represent the People, and it is the the duty of the people to restore a moral and proper Government that respects and represents the people.

While it may be some violation of the USC, It is a principle that is integral to the founding of the nation. The founders would have already been knee deep in blood, if they put up with a quarter of the BS we have allowed to occur through our inaction.

It was a violation - of British law. That’s no longer an issue.

And the people can do that - in ways that comport with the US Constitution, etc.

Th extra constitutional ‘stuff is in the same vein of hypotheticals that the Patel Patriot has been reporting. In either case, it’s not going to happen.

“ No need to rewrite the constitution in the U.S. for the country to turn socialist/communist.”

Seems that way by the over zealous use of EO’s, ignoring existing laws, and even ignoring the Supreme Court.
