You have no concept of what gives the Constitution, or any government for that matter, its legitimacy. The Founders understood. It’s called the consent of the governed. The Constitution has become irrelevant to those in power. The system is broken, and you’re waiting for the broken system to give you permission to challenge its legitimacy.
The will to work within the system is the problem (either through ignorance or intentional actions).
