Once they disarm the population, the fascist Aunt Teefuses will be able to run wild mugging seniors all over Oregon.

It creates the notion that you must get a permit with fingerprinting required among other things and must present such a permit in order to purchase a firearm in the State of Oregon.

That is one aspect of the law I am clearly aware of.

You mean those crooks can still get away with skipping gun safety classes?

The reported vote was soooo close I have to believe that, being Oregon, it was a steal.

Democrat vote fraud is guaranteed to be over 1.3% just about anywhere. They are pros at getting just enough to win.

I wonder if there was a recount. Seems like that margin would call for it. OTOH, all a recount would do is add to the left’s margin.

Owning a firearms a constitutional right. The constitution does not limit what the people can do. It limits what the government can do to the people.

There should be no need to show proof of anything to purchase or possess a firearm.

Should have to prove citizenship in the USA. I will give you that one though.

In addition to requiring you to get fingerprinting and a permit, it requires you to get training from certain state-approved instructors. And the problems don’t end there. Currently no one is currently approved to give the training. In effect, for several months at least it would be impossible to purchase a firearm.

Aunteefus doesn’t leave their protected confines of downtown Portland, or Eugene. They tired in a little city called “Prineville” and had their asses handed to them by the locals who confronted their mayhem.

They’re statewide. They’re outnumbered, so they keep it low key.

They tried their antics in Prineville? How many of them were hospitalized?

They tried in Coquille, as well. I think they expected the armed response, and places where it happened got little frownie faces on their antifa maps. Coos Bay had a pro-2A rally some years ago, and they infiltrated and took pictures. They’d announced that they would because they couldn’t muster sufficient numbers to feel safe. I think one of them got roughed up and tossed when he instigated something. FAFO.

I don’t think any of them were hospitalized, more’s the pity. Back in the early to mid 80s when I worked in Prineville, I suspect it would have been a different story.

I believe that permanent residents can buy firearms as well.

There is no funding for this stupid measure, nor are there even any forms for the permits which would be required for even LEO to purchase as of Thursday.

It also bans all magazines over 10 rounds, mandating onerous requirements for transport, and on, and on.

Worse, the wording of the measure on the ballot was wildly deceptive, likely leading to 'yes' votes from dumbasses who didn't understand the gravity of their choice.

To-wit:

Oregon elections have been stolen since they went all mail in on the late 1990s. Oregon has filthy elections just like WA, CA, CO and many other states.
